Katie of Studio H2O guided me through identifying and ordering the correct replacement parts for an 18+-year-old master shower. It was a small order that was beginning to take a lot of her time. She could have steered me towards a complete replacement to save her time, but she guided me through the right questions, and with online photos, we identified what was needed. Thank you, Katie.

Very impressive showroom with quality fixtures you can't find in your average home improvement stores!Studio H2O is very professional and easy to work with. I brought a floorplan of the project I'm working on, and they walked me through everything I was looking for step by step.Would reccomend to anybody interested in high quality kitchen and/or bathroom designs. Kathy and Dee were especially helpful and fun to work with!

H2O Showroom has all kinds of brands and styles to look and and compare. We have worked with them on three different projects and I have appreciated the expertise and professionalism of the staff. On one occasion we ran into a problem and they were so helpful in offering us an option that would work better. Friendly and helpful all around!

I met with Lauren for a bathroom redo and it was a great experience! She took time to walk me through options and offer feedback on things I would not have thought about. She worked with my budget and I felt like she was helping me with this project, not just selling me products. 10/10 would recommend!

Lauren was AWESOME! She took a lot of time to guide me and make the entire process less overwhelming while also helping me make decisions based on cost which I hadn’t had last time. We had an appt with Madison at Studio H2O (kitchen & bath showroom). We were impressed from start to finish. Madison was professional and very knowledgeable. The showroom is extensive and beautiful. I'm not someone who enjoys shopping. Madison offered us options for each item we were shopping for and decisions were quickly (and painlessly) made. I still don't like to shop but this was almost easy. I'm very happy we found H2O.
