The salvation army of Johnson County came through for me when I needed it! The army depends on its donations! Whether it be money or clothing! Some of it's not the best but if it's usable to somebody then it can be given out or sold. The point being that you can't expect stuff from Macy's although some has been known to showup there.l donate what I can. I buy from there what I can. In that way I support the mission!

The Salvation Army's free dinner is a true blessing. The experience is filled with warmth and kindness from the moment you arrive. The people there are simply wonderful—genuine, caring, and always ready to lend a helping hand. It's an oasis of compassion that nourishes both the body and soul. Truly heartwarming.
