I have had outstanding experiences with PRA. The staff are efficient and professional and Jade, the PT I'm working with, is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent listener.Do make sure you can get there on time: beyond common courtesy, it really throws off the schedule if clients are late and they will let you know it.

They lied to me about my bill saying with insurance each visit was 25$ and now they are wanting almost 640$ a whole month after I stopped going and the billing department is not taking calls despite being open according to Google

Grant was my PT and he is very good at his job. He taught me how to improve my mobility and flexibility. I highly recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone who has a need.

Progressive has been so helpful to me.Kayla has supported and educated me as I worked/learned exercises to improve my balance.Lily has been the extra bonus. A monthly visit is so beneficial to my maintenance. She is great.Deb at the front desk is always a cheery welcome. Her patience in scheduling and rescheduling has been so helpful.I have been fortunate that Progressive was recommended to me after my knee surgery in 2021.

Progressive Rehabilitation Associates was great with assisting my daughter in recovering and gaining strength back after a broken arm. Grant was awesome and made sessions fun for a 12 yo, so she didn’t mind going and doing the work. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing PT.

This practice is run very efficiently. All appointments were on time. I saw Jade who helped me a lot at the very first visit. She gave encouragement, explained everything fully, and answered all questions.

Progressive rehab in general provides good, individualized care. Joe Albright specifically is a solid diagnostician and clinician. He is also an excellent teacher, explains the situation and next steps very well.

I was having terrible nerve problems and was struggling mightily with things such as sleeping and driving. Kayla really took the time to learn what the issues were and came up with an aggressive but doable plan. She really cared about my progress and I looked forward to our sessions. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a physical therapist and improving their health.

Professional knowledgeable . Took a while to get in but well worth the wait. Kayla is a great listner and is happ6y when I ask questions. Very pleased.
