Highly recommend them. John Kempker went out of his way to come to our home that day to make sure our water softener was working properly. You won't find better customer service anywhere else

John Kempker is a very knowledgeable in Water Softener's, we just moved into our new home and had to call them out to check it, he knew right away what the issue was and spent over an hour with us explaining everything.

Why isn't ZERO stars an option? This plumbing supply company is run by careless, incompetent ninnies. In 2017 we undertook a complete overhaul of a 75+ yr old kitchen. No, we did not watch days of HGTV and suddenly decide to do this ourselves. All work was done by vetted, well known contractors and planned out in advance. 1) We tried to view faucets, etc., at Water Concepts, but the manager screeched at us that we'd have to wait weeks to get an appointment. I don't want to rate, it should be minus Someone I know put in a new Basco shower and it leaks like H---! You told him they do that. LOL. Your store in Muscatine, Iowa will not take checks? You wont even take from Contractors.
