I stopped in here after getting yelled at at the AutoZone up the road for not knowing a part number and was surprised at the high level of service. The very nice parts gal helped me find exactly what I needed and a couple of things that I didn't know I needed!
It is refreshing to have counter people who know something about cars and will actually help you find a part that you need.
I will definitely be coming back here as I had forgotten what a decent parts store is like.

No other store on Earth do I feel more unwelcome than Napa, I avoid it like the plague due to every time I go here for an vehicle needs I'm treated like I'm the biggest inconvenience in their life and that they would rather bash their head into a wall than help my needs.

Over the past few months, I've been doing some engine maintenance on my Ford. The first time I came into the store to get a MAF sensor, Steve was right there able to help me order the right part, and I picked it up the very next day!Yet more problems for my poor truck occurred, and I decided to go back. Again, it was an awesome experience, and Steve even remember my name and helped me get the right spark plugs and spark plug cables for the best price.Sadly, due to an oversight on me, three of the cables were too short, I went back today after a long night of fixing my vehicle hoping to find a set of longer cables. What I thought would be a nightmare and would have to wait, was a pleasant, and honestly great experience. They got me the right length, and little was needed to be handled, which made the the whole thing smooth. I even got a fuel filter as well, which again was incredibly easy to get.Thank you guys for such wonderful service. I have gone to other auto part stores in town, but this experience is by far the best and highest quality.Also, thanks Steve for your help!

Rolled in today to get some light bulbs and an engine filter. Just wanted to shout out to Steve, who displayed exceptional wisdom and patience with me as we navigated exactly what I needed. Steve didn't hesitate to come out to my car to help ensure we got the right bulbs and made sure I was getting the best parts available. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Steve represents the epitome of customer service. 10/10.

Very high quality customer service and parts. I would say to the one review for the young lady that got sold a used battery, accidents do happen... these guys are not purposely trying to take advantage of anyone. In her case I would've got the manager involved and chances are she would've gotten an upgraded battery at no cost. These guys are here to take care of you not "scam" you.Thank you NAPA & MPEC for all you've done for us!

Came in for a new car battery and was charged $181. Soon found out after having sent a photo to my dad, they sold me a used battery at full price (no plastic caps on the terminals, the terminals were scraped, numbers already scratched off) . Took it back to the store and was told that “it was the last one” as an explanation. No apology for trying to scam me. Another employee came and tested it, confirmed it was used and offered a refund. Great to know these guys take advantage of young women, shame on them. Thank God for my dad. Never coming here again.

I get the distinct impression that this place is not for average car owners who need something for their car. Maybe the demographic that they serve is professional mechanics, auto repair services, etc.
