Bought a nice used scooter for my son. Process was quick and informative. Shout out to Trevor, Brennen and Tyler for helping us put together a trailer hitch to transport it home safely. I really appreciated all of their help. My son is thrilled with his scooter.

I’ve always had great experiences with all staff members at University Scooters! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! They are definitely the best and most honest scooter shop in all of Iowa City. I was especially thankful for their services tonight as I locked my moped key inside my moped…very stupid I know. After calling the police and many locksmiths, no one would help me. I thought I had lost all hope until I gave University Scooters a call. The owner drove out of his way to help me get my moped seat open! He was so kind & extremely diligent!

Thanks to Tyler and his staff. I will be able to own and ride a Vespa, the best scooter made. After 2 other dealerships either didn't want to do the service. Or did it wrong, Tyler at University scooters took care of me. He did my pre delivery inspection which was never done at the other dealership. And he did the full service according to the manual and backed it up with paperwork and signed my books. Dealership Dealership and did a first full service with paperwork to back it up I could not have been happier. I I liked them so much I bought a second scooter fr I bought the picnic one fifty and I now have six hundred and twenty nine miles on itom them So I'll be bringing it back to university scooters right awa And I know that I will get the proper service with paperworky Thank you tyler trevor and alex

Worked here for two years. Some of the most kind and generous staff I’ve ever worked with before. Tyler is a great owner who always looks out for the customer. They have an awesome selection of wolf brand scooters as well as a great service and sales departments. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking to get your moped serviced or if you’re in the market for a new scooter! UScoots is for real!
