poor services, i went to replace my LCD screen he told me let me check and then he came back with phone already with new screen, we didn't negotiate the price and the screen original or not, and it wasn't original coz many things in my phone became bad and it caused damage like touch was really bad and the brightness was faint at one level after three weeks i had to replaced again coz it didn't respond at all. i'll say they lied and cheated on me

ZERO stars. I went because I wasn't able to email a woman back about a job. Bay was really nice. The male, I can only assume is Joe was awful. He tried to sell me a new phone before Bay was finished fixing mine. I told him I really needed my email for a job. He said, "There's other jobs out there." Seriously. I was trying to talk to Bay and he kept interjecting himself into our conversation. He was rude, unprofessional, and hateful. I ended up canceling my service with them and going to Costco, where my husband and I got new phones. I was really shocked. I would stay away from this shoddy business! I wrote a review a couple days ago but it's disappeared. SHADY!!
