Are staff allowed to stand outside the front door smoking cigarettes??? I was driving by in 6/1 at about 10:30am and saw 2 ladies.I think the state says no.

Melrose Daycare is Awesome this Is my sons Second week and he loves it. They made him feel right at home. They also keep the kids busy love it.
