I just got the best mattress I've had in my life at MBA, and at a great price and upon a very accommodating financing program. I can't wait for my mattress to arrive. The whole purchase experience was swift, pleasant and uncomplicated, and Jenny is very helpful in helping me decide for the right mattress. I highly recommend MBA for anyone looking for a good mattress.

She was extremely accommodating with the appointment time and answered all my questions in advance. The mattress was for my son, and he was able to try several before deciding on his favorite. This was on a Saturday morning. We set up a delivery time for 2pm the next day (Sunday) There was no haggling, no upselling, no waiting for delivery between 2 and Tuesday.I have to say I was hesitant at first to try a little shop like this, but the experience was fantastic. I'm very much a person who loves to shop local whenever possible. If you need a new mattress, this is the place to go!

For False advertisement and although she was nice and pleasant; the situation due to false advertisement I gave 2 stars. I went in with my daughter to get a King Size bed. From the description on FB she had king size beds for $275 I never saw those priced beds. I told her that I was looking for a king size and that I was willing to spend $450 because the $1390 bed she was showing me was just absurd. I was never shown the king size beds for $275 or close to that piece AT ALL. I was show. $1300 king beds. $700 king beds. $600 king beds. If there are beds for $275 she doesn’t show you and they are not advertised on the floor as they should be. You walk in and don’t see prices anywhere but on one or two beds. so I gave two stars because I got my king size bed but it was clearly false advertisement going on. It was after I left that I felt like the fool. I was told there was $275 king size beds but walked out paying $800. Yeah ! She got me ! I was so in need of a bed I let my needs actually distract me from reality. I was too young to be feeling so old. Don’t rush like me. You may rush into something way too fast. Nicer bed that what I had tho. Don’t get me wrong; the bed is worth what I paid for it but not what I really wanted to pay for. I gave her the sale because I wanted to I could’ve walked out. I just need people to know who saw $275 and expect $275 and don’t have extra money to blow like I did.

Jen is amazing! One of the best customer experiences ever! Jen is very knowledgeable and great at explaining the benefits of each mattress . We bought the most comfortable mattress at a very reasonable price. The value definitely exceeded the price on this purchase. I will be referring everyone I know!
