I never thought I’d be compelled to write a review about a shipping store, but Mailboxes Iowa City is a unique store. They have truly excellent customer service, which seems to be rare these days. Their prices are very reasonable and I’ve never had issues with a package shipped from them.

The Domestic Violence Intervention Program has been a customer of Mailboxes of Iowa City for many years and I can't say enough about their customer service! They have always taken great care of our agency, which has a tremendous, positive impact for victim/survivors. Today, in the blizzard, they went above and beyond!
