“I thought I had posted this review , so it’s long overdue. We had my daughters baby shower in the private room upstairs in April of 2022. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating with us. The fee for the space was very reasonable and only required a minimum food & beverage purchase. They allowed us to arrive early to decorate and to bring in our own dessert. We had a lovely spread of salads and sandwiches and the staff was attentive but never in the way. This a terrific venue for a small gathering, we had 25 people.”

“Hands down, the best pharmacy and convenience experience in the Iowa City area. The Pharmacy staff, techs and pharmacists included, are both super kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The care you receive at Hartig is so much more personal than the big corporate pharmacies. They also have probably the best wine/spirits selection of any business on the west side of IC.”

“Not sure what happened with the negative reviews, but I just got back to pick up some company for my partner while I'm at work tomorrow (Memorial day, geez lol)Great selection of wines, beer, seltzers, and what brought the 5 stars was the whisky/whiskey wall. He recommended a few fine selections, I gave my $ range and a regular I get, let him assist someone else and found an old favorite. It was a very reasonable price, I normally shop Hy-Vee so maybe that's my problem lol. I had a great experience regardless! Don't let the haters keep you from at least going in.”

“I haven't had Hyvee breakfast in forever! Yesterday, I stopped in with my youngest daughter so we could eat/hangout between basketball games. I had a veggie skillet with added sausage. The breakfast was just as good as I remembered and staff was awesome!”
