Above and beyond customer service. When the item I bought wouldn’t fit in my car the employees immediately volunteered to deliver it to my house and did it right away. Great neighborhood hardware store.

Always a place to stop in. They have the usual hardware store items and a lot more. Staff offers help with fix it ideas and finding those pieces in the store.

Great selection and helpful staff. However my item was non-refundable. Ironic, since I hardly ever go into that store and yet the one purchase I made is not refundable, and turns out to be the wrong item. My fault for purchasing the wrong thing, but definitely needed a return policy that was better than that one.
