I had my Luican groomed for the very 1st time. They are were all so loving and compassionate towards him . Listening closely to me about his needs as an older man with only 3 legs. He came home all white and fluffy and smelled sooo good. Would recommend 100 times over if anyone asks where to have their pups groomed ❤️ ❤️ . BEST IN TOWN!!

I absolutely love these ladies. Their was a mishap from a fire behind their building so we couldn’t continue our dogs grooming. She made accommodations to squeeze our dogs in just a few days later. They do amazing work and you don’t feel rushed. I would definitely recommend going to LCS.

They did an amazing job grooming my long haired cat. I can tell he feels confident in his new haircut as well! Very impressive work especially since he has very fine, fluffy hair which is nearly impossible not to come out choppy, as well as keeping him calm around the dogs and buzzing noises. Just so happy with the results! It takes a lot of skill to shave a cat so neatly with such consideration. we are so grateful ❤️

Just today started working with these wonderful people today and can tell my pup and I are going to be seeing a lot of them over the years. GREAT people, very accommodating and kind. She managed to clip nails in 3 minutes with a very squirmy dog. Impressed.UPDATE. Doubling down on the 5 star rating. Great people, reasonable prices, excellent service. Very laid back and patient with the animals.

I was very excited to try LCS as a new groomer for my dog when her old groomer retired. I had spoken with them about her nervousness around grooming and I really felt like this was going to be a perfect fit for her after our discussion. I made the trek out on a winter storm day, almost 30 minutes from my home. I was running a few minutes late from the snow and tried to call but no answer, was told to text. Texted, no response. I figured probably busy with another dog. I arrived only to find a note on the door saying out today and tomorrow for illness, and closed Thursday and Friday for predicted weather. So 2-3 days before they knew they were going to be closed!! No call ahead of time, no call day of, no response when I tried to call or text. This is a terrible way to run a business, and I will not attempt to try this place again. I absolutely understand if you need to close for illness or storms, but not alerting your clients ahead of time is just unacceptable. I made the trek out in the storm because 1) I needed the groom but 2) I figured if they are planning to stay open in this predicted weather, they likely need the business and I didn’t want to cancel on a small business if that could be the case. The sloppiness of not alerting your customers, ended up putting me and my dog at risk of harm going out in the snow for no reason.

Cassie is wonderful! She does a professional job and carefully listens to requests. My girl loves going there she rushes in and loves Cassie. I am so grateful to have a skilled groomer close by with a wonderful shop that is clean and safe. She is a lover of animals and a pleasure to know.

Shanna was super friendly and communicative during the process of setting up an appointment. Prices were very affordable compared to other places I’ve been to- to have my husky groomed. My husky came out looking fresh and smelled great!

Respect given to animals first and foremost, but also to their humans. No price gouging, but I also could tell that the groomer that did my dog may have been a bit inexperienced with the breed- Australian Shepherd, but one has to look/ know when groom was done to see it. I'll likely go back, based on customer service & what I saw and to give the needed experience to said groomer.
