We have been using KJH for going on 5+ years now and have never had a problem. They have always been patient, kind, and courteous.They are economical in their pricing, while not the cheapest they also provide good work.Ken has always been available for any questions or guidance, overall it's a small CPA office that does reliable and accurate work.I have nothing negative to say about the experiences we have had, Thank you Ken and Team!

This man has no idea what he is doing. He did me and my employees taxes in 2018. After having another account go through all of his work, he collectively cost me over 10k in miscalculations. I refused to pay due to the massive miscalculations on his behalf as I had to find another account to fix his work. Then he sent me to collections after speaking to him about the discrepancy and him taking zero responsibility for his work. Since then, basically strong armed me into paying him by having my credit score held hostage for 2 years now by giving me the only derogatory mark my credit score has ever seen.Shame on you ken, you should be helping people that employ you, not screwing them over. I don’t suggest any business owner go here as ken here does subpar, misinformed work and seriously behind on continuing his education of current tax laws according to the firm that had to fix the mess Ken made for me.I hope you enjoy the money for the work you DID NOT do, and I hope you future “clients” heed this warning and go to someone equipped with the skill set to properly do this job.

This firm is nothing but first class. Everyone who works there is exceptionally experienced and friendly. You know that they genuinely care about giving you the best service possible. When it comes to complex tax situations, you would be hard pressed to find another CPA in the area as knowledgeable as Ken is. The fees that the firm charge are also VERY reasonable, which is definitely a huge plus too! Highly recommend this firm to anyone or any business looking for tax or accounting help.

We were told we would be charged $200+. It was $480. We were charged late filing fee even though we were not contacted until after the deadline to sign. He could not tell us if he filed an extension. He didn't look at us in the eye or shake hands. Weird rip off.

First year using Ken, so happy with the service we received. Easy to schedule an appointment; turn around was quick. All of our returns are organized and prepared so well. Ken wrote out an explanation of our return as well. All questions answered!!
