I have been filing with Jackson Hewitt for a while, I love Billie Joe and this year Martina was amazing. What made my experience very unprofessional was the way Rachel was talking to Martina. I notice she kept saying me and in a place of business like this it’s all about team work. She was acting very childish saying I been here since 2018. Just because you been at a job for years don’t mean you bully your employees or talk down to them. I really wanted to walk out and take my business else where. I only stayed because I felt really bad how Martina was getting treated. You don’t find many people like Billie Joe and Martina who love there jobs so that meant a lot to me and that’s why I stayed. Rachel really needs to be professional and not yell over and jump in conversations making it seem like Martina doesn’t know how to do her job. If this continues to happens and Jackson Hewitt don’t do anything about Rachel me and my kids and friends will go else where. I give Martina a 5 but for Rachel to keep saying that this was her store and because of her performance that’s why I gave it a 2.

Rachel is a very dishonest individual. All she cares about is getting 500+ returns done so she can get a $17,500 bonus. Going so far as to practically steal the returns I did while working there. She will try her hardest to get you to opt in for the “premium” insurance which apparently covers up to $5000 should the IRS or State adjust your refund. It’s BS considering I’ve seen her brush clients off who have come back with claims. Whether you are a tax preparer working alongside her or simply a client at her desk.. I would be wary. Y’all stay safe out here now: folks be grimy.

Martina is outstanding! She's prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My dad taught tax law years ago and she was able to talk with him and explain things to him like a pro! She sure does know her stuff. Jackson Hewitt should know what a gem they have.

Martina was absolutely amazing at helping us with our taxes this year. We were just a little unsure of doing them ourselves because they were slightly more complex than we were comfortable with. She helped explain anything we had questions on and we felt very comfortable that everything was going to be taken care of properly.

I have been using Jackson Hewitt for years now and am very satisfied with their service. They are very attentive and do their best. Also, their customer service is more than 5 stars.

Rachel was amazing with my family's taxes this past year! She helped us so much and made everything super easy! We needed to bring our toddler to the second meeting and she was so amazing with her even though she is definitely a busy toddler and made us feel super welcome! Definitely would recommend.
