Recently our family found ourselves in need of a handicapped accessible van. We found one at Siebert Mobility. The staff there were welcoming and caring. The customer service we received from Matt was superb. He understood our needs and was efficient and knowledgeable in explaining the workings of the van to us. We highly recommend Siebert Mobility.

I have gone to Sieberts for many years now and they treat me like family. They are fast and efficient. I trust them with anything that needs to be done. They are honest with me and don’t try to do things that really don’t need to be done. I have purchased 2 vans from them and a chair for my staircase. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Definitely 5 stars

I can't recommend Iowa Mobility highly enough. The staff are an amazing group of really great people. They've performed maintenance and repairs on my van and the work is always the highest quality. They also sold me my most recent van and made the process quick and seamless. If you're looking for a mobility vehicle or for repairs to be done on a mobility vehicle give them a call- you'll be so glad you did!

Iowa Mobility, aka Siebert Mobilty are awesome!
Recently I purchased a wheelchair van from them and because of my disability they also had to modify it to fit my special needs. What I found through this whole process was that the people at Siebert Mobility are so nice and easy to work with. The quality of their work is second to none and their pricing on vans is incredibly competitive. Because of them I am now able to drive on my own which is a feeling of independence I never thought I would experience again.

The VA had my truck handicapped with hand controls , driver seat came out and a lift in the bed, they did such a bad job wiring it that after several calls to them they didn’t help so had to take to ford dealer to get fixed, sales man was of no help at all through the process, picked up the truck it had a dead battery, if I could go back in time I would found a different dealer, don’t go there, once they get paid there done with you.

Called to inquire about fixing our vehicle. Was told, “I really have no interest in fixing your car, because I have $100,000 wrapped up in other projects. It’s a question of resources. You should’ve done your research before buying the car you did.” Wow. Thanks for the swift kick in the balls. I mean yeah, in a perfect world, I would’ve tried to figure out if the accessible vehicle we bought had issues. But when you have a child with a disability and these vehicles are incredibly expensive, you’re kind of over a barrel. Even if the answer is no, maybe show some humanity and compassion? I guess one star for the brutal honesty?

I can't write enough good things about this team. If you are looking for a team that listens to your needs and treats you like family this is your place. They are responsive to questions and quick to get back to you with details if they need to look something up. Rod and Matt went out of their way to ensure our family got the support we needed for our unique transportation needs.

My son has had two EMC equipped vans built by Siebert Mobility and the work performed by Rod Seibert and his team of talented technicians is truly second to none. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the attention to detail is unrivaled and when you leave with your van, you not only know that it was built right, but you are guaranteed should anything go wrong, they stand behind their work and will do whatever it takes to make it right.The one "issue" I have with Siebert Mobility, and it isn't really an "issue", is that they are located 230 miles from where I live, but sometimes you have to travel the distance if you want excellence! I know, I tried to have routine service performed at shops closer to where I live and have come away disappointed.Recently my son had to have his van retrofitted with a EMC joystick controller that replaced the gas / brake left hand controller and the zero resistance turning wheel right hand controller. I dropped the van off on Monday and Rod Siebert loaned me a van so that I could get back to Chicago and bring my son back the following week for the fitting. Not only was everything ready to go when got there, with only minor adjustments, but the team at Siebert Mobility quickly diagnosed and remedied some "issues" my son was having with the van (hard starting, battery going dead and a trickle charge wired in incorrectly) that the Illinois competition, with alleged certified EMC technicians, was unable to fix or even diagnose correctly and this is after throwing countless dollars at the problem.They have put a smile back on my son's face, again giving him the ability to drive, something that we often take for granted, and eased my stress level from worrying if something will happen to the van while he is out driving.Bottom line here is if you want quality work, done at a reasonable rate, by a team that truly has the customer in mind, and not be swallowed up by a shop handling a dozen builds at the same time where you get lost in the shuffle, Siebert Mobility is the place I whole heartedly recommend, not matter what the distance!!
