Really deceptive advertising between salesman in person, over the phone, and online. Beware of starting service online or without a price promised in writing. They create a contract during the transaction and won't allow customers to upgrade service. They just made Medicom look good and I didn't even think that was possible.

I'mON has provided an excellent experience, from sales, installation and customer service! After years with the same internet/cable TV/phone provider and increasing fees, we decided we needed to look elsewhere. But truthfully, the fear of new technology had us paralyzed! Until Brian knocked on our door. He went above and beyond to help us transition to I'mOn! We couldn't have done it without him and Customer Service! Excellent!

Company is going to rob you. Paid for an upgraded service and a week later they have refused to answer emails or phonecalls. Charged us for the service and a week later have yet to hear any word from them, or receive the upgraded wifi speeds. Find someone else to do business with. They are a criminal organization of scams as far as I'm concerned. Been spending a lot of time in campus buildings just to use their wifi for school work.

Horrible company. They do not respect homeowners and the way their units look—big and ugly—where the units are are located, and repairing the lawn after the installation. We will never sign up with them and encourage others not to as well.

It's not Mediacom. No service drops, and no latency above 100. Literally 20 ping on EA games which I've never had.

I have been calling for over a month. All I get is automated voice saying that the mailbox is not set up no matter what number I call. I have emailed customer service and no response. Worse then mediacom.
