“I visited the Iowa City, Iowa Chase Bank on Burlington and Clinton Streets. I was greeted by Garrett Bradley. I was told that someone would be with me momentarily, so a seated myself and waited no more than a few moments. Mr. Bradley approached and asked me how can I help you. He was able update my account information and even recommended some way I could take advantage of some the other services Chase Bank offers.
I my visit was pleasant and uneventful. I felt like I was in my neighborhood branch and not an out-of-towner. The atmosphere is very friendly and I did not feel pressured in anyway.

“I chose the branch I wanted to go to on Yelp reviews. Yup, I said it. And I Yelp baaaasically everything I do. I was not disappointed by this branch at all! Ok that's a lie, I was disappoint by the wait time because all I literally had to do was add a phone number and it took about an hour of waiting for an available representative. Other than the wait time, the teller that helped me was smiling, kind, and so helpful. The gentleman that helped me with my phone number was apologetic for the wait and went above and beyond! He helped me change more than I thought I needed to, and call customer service while I was there because I had a question he wasn't able to answer. I was very please with how amazing the people were at this branch! I wasn't looking forward to going to a physical location. I was bitter I had to go there in the first place (I tried calling customer service myself, but didn't help with online banking), but they made it so easy for me. The rep didn't let me leave till he knew I was able to enroll and access online banking which I was SO appreciative of!”
