Last night I got locked out of my apartment because someone in the leasing office messaged up reprogramming my key while I got a temporary replacement. I called the leasing office and was charged $75 for an after hours lockout worker to come. After about 1.5 hours of standing outside my apartment I called the leasing office again to see if anyone was actually coming to help me and apparently no one ever got called and I was waiting for someone who was never going to come. Silver came about half an hour after I called the second time and was so sweet and helpful, she confirmed that no one called her around 6:20/6:30 when I originally called. I will not be paying the $75 fee but thanks again Silver for the help!

I am paying about $830 every month and that is a lot for what I'm getting. The rooms are nothing like what they show you during the tour. When I first moved into the apartment, the AC was broken. There was also an uncomfortable smell in the apartment. My roommate and I requested maintenance and they said it was because of the trash even though we take out the trash daily. I'm not sure how it was the trash if the smell was already there when I moved in. The walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbors talking and singing almost every night (I don't mind weekends, but it's during the weekdays too). My upstairs neighbors are always stomping and it continues throughout the night. I emailed Hawks Ridge and they said they contacted my neighbors, but nothing changed. As a student living apartment, problems like this should be addressed. Many people including myself have classes early in the morning and can't sleep at night because of all the stomping, talking, and singing. The shuttle system is also horrible. They take a break twice a day, 30 minutes each break, or that's how it's supposed to be. Sometimes they would take 45 minutes or an hour. Some people would rather drive to class or even walk to class because of the unreliable shuttle. The shuttle driver is also very distracted and an unsafe driver. He is always on his phone texting, watching videos, and calling someone. There have been countless incidents where things could've ended badly. Because he is always on his phone, he always slams on his breaks due to his late reaction. Oh the best part yet, can't forget about the countless painful bug bites! I do not recommend living here, take your money somewhere else!

I am so glad I chose to move to Hawks Ridge. The location is great, 5 minutes from down town, 15 from the mall, with grocery stores and fast food walking distance away. The community here is amazing, and the people are great! It quickly felt like home. The apartment itself is nice, with lots of natural light. There is some wear and tear, but nothing majorly inconvenient. The staff is so welcoming and helpful; responding quickly and with care. The amenities are very convenient and nice, but could use a little updating. Hawks Ridge also feels very safe and you know they care about their residents. It’s no gated community, but having security and cameras helps. Our apartment did not match the model lay out, so communication could definitely be more clear, but it seems as thought they will work with you to resolve issues. I love the events that Hawks Ridge holds as well. They definitely know their target audience, and have activities that are fun and useful. Grocery Bingo and the outdoor movie night allow residents to be involved and make new friends.

The actual apartment is pretty nice, obviously with normal wear and tear because tons of people have lived here before me. When I did have problems that needed fixed, maintenance came around very quickly and all of them were super friendly. A couple things that could be better are the gym and the shuttle system. The gym (not including the basketball court) has no natural light and is kinda dirty. The stairway down to the gym always has trash scattered over it. The whole deal makes working out a lot less inviting. The shuttle system has been improved from last year, but it is still not the most reliable. Considering that Hawk’s Ridge is not located on campus, I think a more reliable shuttle system, maybe with two shuttles that run simultaneously, would be very beneficial to students living here. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience here so far, but improvements can always be made.

I’m very happy I chose Hawks Ridge as my place to live for my second year of college! The amenities are great and the apartments are nice! My favorite feature is the 24/7 access to our packages and mail! The underground parking is a huge plus too!!

I had to move during the summer time, and it was a little tricky trying to find a place in time, but i’m so happy with my decision at Hawk’s Ridge. the staff are super friendly, and the furniture they provide you upon move-in is super cute! maintenance can be a little spotty, but other than that, it is such a great location!

Hawks ridge is awesome! I moved here in August. The staff is friendly and easy to get ahold of… communication is great! They go above and beyond to make sure their residents are comfortable and happy. The location is close to downtown, Walmart is literally across the street, and there are restaurants within walking distance. Couldn’t be happier!

I'm loving my second year at Hawks Ridge as my college home! The apartments are really nice, and the accessibility to nearby businesses such as Aldi's and Walmart is fantastic. The 24/7 access to our packages and mail is also very useful, and having underground parking is such a big plus come Winter time.

I am extremely pleased with these apartments as they perfectly meet my expectations! I was in search of a spacious living area at an affordable price, and I am delighted to say that I found exactly that. Additionally, the staff members have been exceptional in their service. Based on my experience, I highly recommend these apartments.

Just moved in! I was honestly expecting the apartment to look newer like the model they showed us, but it is still nice! There are a few issues with the paint job and a lot of chipped areas in our bathroom and bedroom. Moving in went smoothly although we had to look for a shopping cart to move stuff back and forth. Other than that everything else went well!

Last weekend we moved our daughter back down for school. The move in was as expected. While the move in, noticed how dirty and things not taken care of. The stairs leading to 2nd floor we horrible. Spiderwebs all over, not swept, food on trash all over. There was even a banana that obviously had been there for some time since it was black, and smashed on the steps. We parked the car in the assigned parking spot in the lower lever and that was a dirty mess as well, and not well lit, which made me nervous for my daughter walking to and from her car. The stairs for the garage was a absolute dirty mess and you could access the door leading to the floors without a key, meaning if anyone wanted to enter the apartment floors they could without a key. After the move we walked around to look at the Rex center, etc. The concrete staircase leading to Rec center was filthy and dirty and dark, looked like we were hiking into a cave, with a unlocked door, SMH!! The hot tub area was a disaster. No water in tub either. The sit down area was a mess, and trash all over. Very Disappointed…Anyways, College apartments I get it, but come on, At least have things looking good for the 1st day. GO HAWKS!!!

The pre furnished apartment allowed for the move in to go much smoother overall. The staff was very inviting and friendly. I am very happy with living here!

Moving in wasn't too bad, the price for rent makes sense for what comes with the apartment. There were some chips in the paint and our shower rod fell off when I moved in. Overall not too bad.

Well worth the price. Everything seems a bit old, but well maintained for the most part. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are nice, but the kitchen tends to be a tad tight. Overall quite nice though.

Just moved in, so take with a grain of salt, but so far it seems to be fairly well maintained but a little old. No glaring problems, but lots of little dings and dents from age. Staff are amazing so far, very friendly and helpful.
