Christopher was very rude to me after I said I didn’t want to sign up for the membership. I asked for a PS5 and paid for a new one, but this was the condition it was in. It looks like it’s been opened already which means I can’t return it. Very rude balding little man.

You open at 10 am I called at 10 am and got a rude answer that I did not like at all thanks for calling ten minutes before we open that to me is a rude comment when you should be open true fact look at the clock guys

Received excellent service on 08/13/23 from GameStop in Iowa City. Gamestop rep Kai offered some great Nintendo Switch recommendations and made our shopping visit very positive. Thank you Kai!

Mostly missed matched merchandise. All Xbox controllers were refurbished. And the battery pack they sold me was for a different version of Xbox controllers

My man there at gamestop was awesome no complaints what he knew he did and what he didn't. Well he was honest! Awesome experience with not too terribly priced gear and a decent collection of all kinds of collectibles.
