PICKUP ORDERS- just don’t waste your time. They will cancel your order with no explanation. The items aren’t out of stock, the employees simply don’t feel like filling your order so they cancel it instead.

Boxes of cereal we purchased there had clear evidence that mice ate through them. Nobody ever seems to be working at this store. You guys gotta do better, this is nuts. Will need a refund or something, or to exchange these mice soiled cereals with new ones. Respond to this asap or I will escalate it.

The manager is rude! I can't wait for her to get fired or move on to her next failure. Its funny how this store can't keep any staff.
