Bought a used vehicle, had noticed small chip in the windshield, so they dropped $50 off price, but then they washed vehicle after sale was final & when we went to leave the windshield had a huge Crack in front of drivers veiw, went in before leaving parking lot to let them know, they told me they would at least help pay the deductible for my insurance to fix it, but I told them that I didn't break it they did. Then they told me that they would have to redo the contract bu they would take care of it, then when they re did the contract they added the $500 & the $50 on tor the contract which in turn up'd the cost of value of the vehicle & that in turn raised our registration fee ad well, so now I have an additional $577 added to the loan, they won't let me talk to the Manager the Sales Associate is Colan D. & the Financial Associate is Nolan Christians

I took my Jeep in to Deery Ford for the brakes and tires. They ran into some issues. What I will say is Zeke Stone Parts Manager's customer service was second to none. I'm a small town guy and appreciate being. treated like my business matters. I will only take my car Deery brother for as long as I live in Iowa City Metro. Thank you Deery Brothers and Zeke, Big Love.

You get 0 stars. Just recently bought a used van from there (commercial van) and was told that I couldn’t return it regardless of anything happening, well it turns out that the van has a parking brake issue when you park it at a hill and a leak started coming out of the back tires the day after purchase! The chassis is corroded all the way( I saw it before purchasing it) I took the van in and it had been in their shop for 3 days and no one has given me a call with answers about the parking bale issue they did change the shocks and placed new ones on but again the sales guy told me specifically that the van was fully inspected before they placed the van at the market. There was also a brake sound in the rear tires and they told me to just keep driving because the corrosive will wear out by itself, which is not true the Roters needed to be cleaned or changed but since it is going to cost them more, they are not looking to invest more so they just want to get rid of it. My other truck had an oil change and again same issue as other people the engine light had come up, they were with the truck for one day just to tell me that they didn’t get to it. Never again and I am returning the van because there has been so many lies back and forth and I have given you so many chances. Let me mentioned also that when I bought the van the salesman didn’t even fulled the tank because “they don’t do that when they sell used vehicles” and lied about having me bringing it back to have it cleaned and washed and then I am told by service that the van can’t even get washed there because it has a high roof. WHY DO YOU LIE TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AND BRAKE THEIR VEHICLES SO THAT THEY PURCHASE A NEW ONE? STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND NATHAN THE MANAGER MUST PERFORM THE RETURN AND PROVIDE ME A FULL INSPECTION SHEET LIKE I HAVE REQUESTED SINCE DAY ONE
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and not pushy. We shopped around before choosing this dealership and they had the best deals in the Midwest. Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back!
Thank you!

Spent a lot of time car shopping online because I never have access to my own vehicle. Finally got a chance to go to Deery Bros and knew what I was looking and knew what they had. I had a certain amount that I could spend and found a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I wanted but when they figured tax and title fees it came to more that what I had but they made it work for and I now have the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. Thank you for working with me to make it happen.

I worked with the best named Tirael at Deery Brothers. Very respectful, polite and also explains everything in detail to you so you understand what’s going on with the vehicle. Highly recommend amazing hardworking man!

Anyone else took their vehicles in for an oil change and needed a new transmission a week or two later? Well, you’re not alone. Took my Jeep for an oil change and tire rotation, drove off the dealers property and steering wheel wouldn’t stop shaking. Showed Supervisor the video I was able to capture and his response was “that shouldn’t be happening after an oil change”. He Took Veh back and wasn’t told what caused the issue but steering was no longer shaking. Took my daughter’s veh for an oil change a week later as an early birthday gift and her car also stopped in the middle of the road a week after. She drives about 5k miles a year and only travel within Linn and Johnson county limits. Same tech (Ian) worked on our Jeeps. Both vehicles experienced the same exact thing before shutting completely off in the middle of the road. Talking about scary! I feel traumatized by this situation. So thankful our lives were protected while driving these vehicles on the road. Please contact me directly if you too experience the same issues. Let’s get this place shut down for their unethical practices.

OK, I never thought I would be able to make a friend at a dealership. I thought I was never cut out for that type of friendship to be made with a person over making a vehicle purchase gunner he’s a wonderful salesman. He knows what he’s talking about and he’s gonna be with you every step of the way making sure you leave in a better vehicle than you came in. He’ll do what he has to do. He’ll put his foot to the ground and he’ll keep pushing until he gets you in the vehicle that you want to be in that is the best for you and your family and in your price range. He’s all around an awesome salesman not to mention the company that he works for They all treated me like I was family and I wasn’t stupid that I knew what I was talking about and knew my facts and they helped me every step of the way of getting a brand new preowned 2021 Jeep Cherokee at me and my wife love dearly thank you to gunner and deery Brothers

My daughter and I came in to test drive a vehicle that we had found listed online. All of the posts had the same price. These were a posts from their very own salespeople plus an ad from the business. However, after my daughter test drove it we went to talk to the salesman to purchase it. First the salesman does his thing and comes back with a price several thousand dollars more than the listed price. Then finance guy then says oh , it's actually $1000 more if you don't finance it with us. In none of their online posts did it say this. Nor does it still. He saw 2 women he thought he could take advantage of and get more money out of. We walked our! What a scam!

I took my 2019 1500 in for service. They had it in and started work on it pretty quickly. Communication was top of the line, especially Zeke who informed me every step of the way as to the progress (and the total cost).
One detail that was overlooked was the failure to vacuum the vehicle, even though this was clearly listed as “complete” on the itemized list. Zeke apologized and made it right immediately but it does make one question what else are they claiming as complete when it actually isn’t. I would have given a 4 star, but Zeke made sure to make it right.

0 stars. As a person that used to work at Deery and choose them for buying cars I’m very disappointed. I brung my work vehicle in for a recall and a/c hose leakage. Their communication is poor. After having my vehicle for multiple months I picked it up and the a/c didn’t work at all. Once they said they fixed it (their fault) I picked my vehicle back up I proceeded to measure the temperature of the a/c coming from the dashboard, it measured at 60 F. I then called to have them fix the issue because the vans a/c blew at 40 F before ever bringing my vehicle to them. they proceeded to say it was my condenser which was a lie. I picked my van again with the a/c blowing still at 60 F. The manager proceeded to tell me that was Chryslers recommendation abm which is bologna. After having employees telling me false info, them costing me $1000’s of dollars providing false info, bad service, and stress I promise they won’t get my business ever again. Terrible service from their employees. It sucks as a black business owner being shut down and getting treated like I don’t know anything or how my vehicle ran before they even touched it. The news will know about this I'm very disappointed.

We ultimately did not end up purchasing our vehicle here, but our salesperson Cody was top notch. He treated us with respect and had the perfect balance of being attentive and also relaxed when we were trying to make a decision. I wish the car we bought had been on his lot because he deserves it--would recommend him to anyone
