I’ve recently moved to this area and chose CVS because it’s close by. I’ve found every pharmacist, tech, and associate to be pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Staff are NOT helpful at all. I have to deal with these people often for my 98 year old mother and I invariably end up contacting the other CVS store in town to resolve prescription issues.

We opted to stop in here on a Saturday afternoon because the Walgreens across the street was slammed. Quiet, wide aisles, and overall this was a pleasant shopping experience. My husband got what he needed from the pharmacy counter much more quickly than what we've experienced at the competitor across the street. 4/5 stars because inventory just wasn't great. We came in 3 weeks before Christmas and they barely had any holiday inventory. Part of the reason we stopped in was to grab some wapping paper and their selection was unimpressive. I've been back since, but just to quickly grab one or two items. Very abbreviated selection here.

Refused to run my insurance and told me it’s not their problem to call my insurance even though I’ve gone to numerous CVS’s and never had an insurance problem. They also never have the prescriptions filled on time and tell me to call earlier. Which I call a day in advance, they say that’s too soon. I call a few hours in advance they say that’s too late. Absolute idiots.

Yes indeed. This is my 4th visit being new to CVS , and another wonderful ? experience! Last time was Mary 5 stars and already commented previously, this trip iwant to say ur Lucky to have SAM COUNTER CLERK AND KRISTI (PHARMACY TECH) BOTH EXTREMELY ? The pharmacists and techs have always been very efficient and friendly. They helped me find the most cost savings coupon for one of my very expensive medications that is not covered by insurance and have continued to apply the coupon every time. I sometimes have asked to pick-up a prescription earlier in the day so I do not have to drive at night and they have honored my request whenever possible. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Don't send your prescriptions here! Pharmacy is inefficient, mistake-ridden, terrible. The number of mix-ups, delays, completely ignored conversations (thanks for the assurance on the phone you'd mail my spouse's RX and it would be here by Thursday and then to have NOT EVEN FILLED IT it by Monday), is astounding. My spouse is basically going cold turkey off a med you shouldn't do that with because of this pharmacy, and it's not even the first time. Shame on us for putting up with it, I guess.

I never write reviews, much less negative as I give people the benefit of the doubt however, I was with CVS on Mt Vernon Rd in Cedar Rapids, and they were on top of everything.... I moved to Iowa City ( 2 years ago) and in this entire time NOT once I has CVS been able to get all my 4 meds ready on time even though I take the meds are on auto refill. This place should close down!!!

Called at 120 to get my insurance updated so I could pick up prescriptions today after work. It took me forever to get through automated system and get a pharmacist on the phone. Then it took Riley the pharmacist several minutes to pull up my account. When it turned 130 pm Riley said they were closed now so I would have to call back at 2pm after lunch and she refused to help me. Worst customer service I have had and this is coming from people who are supposed to be helping with a serious situation like medical conditions. How can you accept a call and then not provide service half way through the call? Ridiculous in my opinion and shows a lack of professionalism and lack of empathy for their customers.

Windows and entrance and plants around lot are uncated for and filthy. Prices too high. Had to wait for only one cashier to help lade in back of store. Closest to my home. Trying to get pharmacist on line I had to hang up because of so much I didn't need to hear.Thanks.
