Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area for their jewelry needs. I have taken many jewelry pieces to Cook’s from gold pieces to diamonds for repairs or other custom work and each time I’ve been more than happy with how the job is done. The staff is always friendly and have a great way of explaining their process.

I took in multiple pieces of jewelry for repairs. And I took in broken chains that they bought from me as scrap metal. When the jewelry was ready all the pieces had been cleaned and polished. In addition to being repaired. The staff was super friendly. The prices were very reasonable. I will go there again, this time perhaps to buy something new.

Cooks is hands down the best jewelry store around! They have repaired 2 rings for me that were purchased somewhere else. And Paul did an amazing job! I just got my engagement ring back, and it looks better than it did when I first received it!!

We stopped in looking for a diamond for a wedding set I had bought online but weren't happy with the stone options the online company had. Ben was AMAZING! He was so helpful in talking about the current setting I had and helped research around to find a perfect stone to fit it. He got the stone in and realized the mount was not quite the right fit for the stone. He then ordered in a few options for the mount and was just so good to work with and really gave great input. We could not be happier with the outcome! It's beautiful and was so very well explained the intricacies of the diamond. He truly is so knowledgeable and really it was very good deal. So happy and will definitely return again for future jewelry needs.
