“I've been there perhaps maybe more times than I should have, but I will tell you- when I needed help and support from Prelude, that's absolutely what I got. I've had alcohol/coke problems for quite some time, and Prelude (or CFR now) has always come through. I have been in residential treatment there more than once, and I ALWAYS felt like I mattered. I wasn't just a number- I was a person who needed help and that is exactly what I received. I wish I could drop some names here for all the staff (of which whom are ridiculously underpaid...) but due to privacy issues I don't think I should ? but THANK YOU SO MUCH for what you all have done for me, and frankly, for even just putting up with me!?”

“The relocated/upgraded facility makesthe entire experience that much more dignified and pleasant. Well stocked with a huge variety of foods, and has an array of personal care items available (you may need to ask someone who’s working on-site). There’s ample parking in the surrounding lot; the check-in process is made much easier through the use of a pager (vs listening for verbal announcements of who’s next in line to begin shopping. There’s a rather large waiting area,’ and includes a small kids’ play area with books and crayons.By comparison to the Coralville Pantry, it’s simply a much larger facility that’s better equipped to serve higher volumes of the community. Additionally, they tend to have a much more varied range of items on hand, and seem to keep more backstock”
