Update:After signing up for a monthly membership things went quickly downhill. Repeatedly had to ask to get wheel wells cleaned not just sprayed quick, never happened. Not worth getting membership, do a better job myself for cheaper. Also fold your mirrors in or else exit of car wash tunnel is to small and will scratch, never had to do at any other car wash unless I had towing mirrors. Poor quality location Iowa City, IA

I went through the wash and they put the cars in too close. The car in front of me stopped for some reason and the car wash drove me right into that person. Then I was stopped, so someone in back of me hit my bumper. I filled out an incident report but the car wash is not being helpful and will not give me the info of the other car who hit me, even though they have it. I cannot get anything fixed through insurance unless I have everyone’s info. My insurance told me they have heard multiple reports of this happening to other people at this car wash. BEWARE!! Do not use this car wash unless you’re cool with being sandwiched between cars and having a damaged vehicle!!!!

TLDR - STAY AWAY FROM ALL CLUB CAR WASHES, AND FIND A TRULY BRUSHLESS CARWASH. BECAUSE IF YOU FIND MARKS IN YOUR PAINT, THEY WON'T TAKE CARE OF IT. AND NO MATTER HOW SOFT THEY SAY THEIR SPONGY BRUSHES ARE, THEY CAN STILL CAUSE MARKS IN PAINT, ESPECIALLY IF STILL RETAINING SOME DUST AND SMALL ROCKS FROM THE PREVIOUS VEHICLE THAT JUST WENT THROUGH.
STAY AWAY FROM ALL Club Car Washes if you don't want swirl marks in the paint all over the sides and back or your vehicle. I bought a brand new Ford Bronco Sport and only ever went through carwashes at Club Car Wash. I noticed my brand new paint was getting swirl marks all over it, in the same patterns that one could expect when seeing how their big brushes circle at high speeds and slap against the vehicle so loud that I almost had to plug my ears until I got through. I thought I could stay with them if I could get them to pull back the brushes every time I go through their washes. As it turned out, most times I went through, either something would malfunction, or the employees would do something wrong and the brushes continued to mark my paint. Then I started noticing other marks that were bigger and more noticeable that the tiny swirl marks. So I brought it to their attention, and after some arguing, I finally got them to make a claim. The employees in person could see the marks I was talking about, but they didn't want to admit it even had a chance of being because of their washes. Later a Club Car Wash employee, named Matthew, who was not there in person, emails me with a photo of my vehicle about to go through their carwash. The photo was a screenshot from their security cameras from about ten feet away, and all it shows it a dusty vehicle with streaks in the dust from the morning dew dripping through the dust as I drove it. IT DOES NOT SHOW THE SWIRL MARKS THAT I WAS REFERRING TO, to the employees in person. He then called me to inform me they would not be held liable as the damage was pre-existing and could not have been from their carwashes. "But wait, your brushes move in a circle pattern, and the marks in my paint are in that same pattern, and you're saying it isn't possible that your carwashes caused these marks in my paint??" Anyways, I canceled my monthly subscription with them, and went and found a brushless carwash at Casey's Express Carwash 1/4 mile away. Much happier there, as they are cheaper and you don't have to put any stupid stickers in your windshield.

Club car wash is amazing! Great people working there! They have glass clean and everything you need to detail the car inside and out. I have a membership which is awesome to go in Daily in the winter to get the salt and snow off the bottom side of the car. They also move so fast even when they have lines!

Nice car wash facility. Friendly service. Good value. It's nice to have a prewash to get spots of dirt that an automatic car wash might otherwise miss. Free vacuum cleaning.

Welcome to Club Car Wash. Police scratch your car and you can't do nothing about it. You know those electric and gas powered weed trimmers that use the plastic whips to cut them cut the weeds we use the same thing heart abrasive plastic to scratch your car. It's not the soft phone ones like most car washes that have we scratch and dent and we don't care about your car as long as you pay your money. I know this because when you join them or go through them you have to sign a paper it says they're not responsible for scratching your car. I know I was a member and when I complain a lady basically laughed and said I'm sorry we can't do nothing about it. Do not go to Club Car Wash they use hard plastic abrasive whips that spin around and scratch your car
