“I’m so obsessed with this store! I only recently discovered it, but they carry all my favorite baby brands I used to have to buy online. It’s a must stop when I’m downtown. They always seem to have new stock and everything is such high quality.”

As a family of a young child, we were very excited to have this store near us! We’ve used them frequently over the last couple years which is why this post is so disappointing. They sold us an infant pillow in September that had been recalled in April. Once we found this out, we reached out to the store to see if they would refund/give us store credit. They refused since we no longer had the receipt or tag. They admitted that they messed up and shouldn’t have sold us the item, but refused to do anything about it because in the past, people have tried to return items they didn’t purchase from there. Typically I would understand if someone doesn’t have a receipt, but if the product shouldn’t have been sold to begin with, you would
think the business would at least attempt to correct the situation. Very disappointing customer service. Be sure to research your products prior to purchasing from this store.”

“I gained some weight after starting some medication and am very used to going into dressing rooms and having no luck. After going into Old Navy yesterday, I was blown away. They had so many plus sizes in their typical clothing, which was amazing to see. Everything I tried on, I bought! It was unlike any other experiences I have had at other stores, and I cannot recommend this Old Navy enough!”
