This is the worst company in history. Customer support is impossible to reach and nobody helps you ever. Internet never works. If you are thinking about going with a company other than mediacom, do not consider this one.

0 customer service, very difficult to contact, no communication clarity between the company and the clients. If you want peace of mind get anything other than CenturyLink.

If 0 stars was possible they get -1. Worst customer service so do not expect any of your complaints to be resolved. I share my apartment with one other and it still is super slow. Videos will not send on wifi, websites and homework will take a long time to load, and so much more. I had a technician come and repair my service, they give a huge time frame for them to show up which is incredibly unreasonable. He showed up and left abruptly. He then called me and was very rude with an upset tone. Genuine horrible service don't waste your time, or pay the absurd $60 a month for garbage wifi.

If i could give them - 0 stars i would. I own a business and my store phone has not been working for the past 3 days. I tried to get immediate help and they were nothing but rude and disrespectful on the phone. Their customer service representative do not even know what they are talking about. When you get on the chat it's even worst. They went ahead and scheduled me for an appointment without even asking me if it is ok the date and time. They showed up at the store not during operating hours. The appointment just said they will show up anytime. No specific time set ever. Tried to call them no respond at all. They do not care about their customers at all. Imagine running a business and having a phone for over 3 weeks. Next time they said they can come up here is at the end of the month. Crazy right. Imagine that. Worst Company Ever.

I really wish there was an option for 0 stars. STAY AWAY from CL at all costs! I'd go into detail, but the last time I wrote a 5-page essay was in school and I don't want to relive those days. Just like I don't want to relive the days where I had CenturyLink Service.

30min wait on hold before I gave up - Internet goes out randomly multiple times a month - they hide the ability to cancel / disconnect your account on their website then tell you to call when you find the disconnect service page - which you can happily wait on the phone for half an hour for before giving up.

I am done with Century Link internet service. Consumers are better off with dial up, if it even still exists! I must say, of all utility service providers I have had -- and I have lived in several countries, in numerous cities -- I have never had a more frustrating and disappointing experience. In a nutshell, during the entire time I was with Century Link it has been one missed opportunity after another to satisfy my simple requests, with irrelevant and often wrong information provided to me, incorrect and unscheduled appointments made without my authorization, absurd wait times on their customer service lines, disconnections after waiting 40 minutes, and simply put, awful internet service. I ordered 60 Mbps, and on average it was about 5 to 10 Mbps! I did not get what I was offered when I signed up, never even came close to what the services were promised and wasted time and became extremely frustrated with ill-conceived and repetitive solutions from artificial 'intelligence' recorded Century Link customer service lines. Conservatively, in the aggregate, I have spent over 20 hours over two months dealing with Century Link since installation. Not only was it highly stressful, most importantly, extremely distracting from work. This is not how any company should run their business. Oh, and during this entire time, even though I requested from Century Link through email a simple phone call and scheduled appointment over a 6.5 week period on numerous occasions, I never received either. I never spoke to one single person. It's no wonder the reviews for their service are 1 star at best. I wish i had seen these first.

I've been without internet for a solid 2 weeks. Waited 10 days for a tech to show up who was clueless and had no answers other than to slow down my speed. As soon as he walked out the door internet went offline again. I've been trying to use their app, I've called, I've used their chat service I've even tried using their social media accounts. Everything is the same process. Reboot the modem. No help. My intention at this point is to cancel my very expensive century link account and go with a t mobile home internet service. Would never choose CL if I had any other choice. It's the only internet provider besides mediacom which I've had horrible experiences with as well. Internet providers here don't seem to have anyone holding them accountable for the horrible service and absolutely no customer service.

I've been without internet for 3 days and now it says it won't be done until after weekend, 3 days later. it's impossible to get ahold of customer service and once I finally was able to talk to someone, they avoided my questions and just kept saying they were working on it. at one point I was told I would have by end of day and still didn't have.
