Catherines has become one of my top online shopping destinations. I am constantly impressed with the selection and amazing sales. I also love the emails that they send out. I’ve had great experiences with everyone I’ve chatted with on the phone/ email. If you are in this area I highly recommend going here, I wish that I could !!!

I have had such wonderful experiences shopping online with Catherine’s Boutique. The selection of merchandise is amazing, and even more importantly the customer service is outstanding (thank you Kassidy and Jane). It can be a difficult task shopping online at a local boutique when living out of state, but Catherine’s wonderful customer service makes it so much easier. Highly recommend!!

My daughter and I went yesterday - she is 21 and I am 57. How often can we shop in the same store? Almost never! Great eclectic selection of clothing. My daughter was looking for some pieces to wear for her summer internship and they were very helpful in giving her guidance. I found a great dress even though I wasn’t really looking for myself. It’s totally out of my box which makes me love it even more! We will definitely be back - thank you Catherine’s!

I have been shopping here for years (from undergrad, to law school, and beyond), I'm not sure if this is just who was working, or if something else was going on, but I was not greeted or acknowledged; however, the person behind us was. I come to Iowa City shop here and Im disappointed. I know there is a sale going on, but I wouldn't recommend going on the weekends when Kara or Catherine are not there. I had money to spend and bought nothing. This has never been my experience. Go during the week, be careful on the weekends. I love this store, but that was bad customers service. I'm not used to that here.

The person who wrote that Catherines sent them the wrong item and never rectified it was right~ they did the same thing to me. I ordered a wrap and they sent me a scarf~ nothing like the wrap. Kara from Catherines also wrote that she would refund me a shipping charge that she never did. They are full of excuses, one email after another. I live in Los Angeles, but am originally from Cedar Rapids. When I saw this boutique online, I thought "Great, I'll buy local and support Iowa businesses." How shameful, Im embarrassed to be called an Iowan bc of shoddy, subpar service like this, and I am embarrassed for them.

Catherine’s has a wonderful selection and an extremely helpful staff. My husband and I were in town and only had 1 hour to shop. I asked the team to help me find what I envisioned in my mind/the vibe I was aiming for, and I was met with a fitting room full of wonderful items. I ended up buying many items they placed for me which I may not have picked on my own. I personally like a simple, high end, minimalistic style which they had plenty of selection of, but they also have eclectic pieces too for the vibrant clothing seekers. Iowa City is very lucky to have you all! Thank you again :)

Literally what I got in the mail from them. They claim that’s how the shorts are supposed to be I once again reviewed the stock photo of the anthea short from loveshackfancy and they certainly don’t have a GIant hole!!! I contacted the store and they refused to send me a return shipping label if they are unable to resolve this with me I will have to contact the bank which is a huge hassle I highly recommend not purchasing from the store as clearly quality control is bad and they do not own up to their mistakes

Catherine’s is the best. Moved away from Iowa City, but still get their emails. Saw something I needed and called to order over the phone. Kara is great and went above and beyond with customer service.

Best clothing store in Iowa City and the Only boutique for certain brands. Incredible customer service and the staff is the best. The only place I shop in the corridor. Love the design of the place too. Always really fun to sift through their epic t shirt and sweater piles!

If I could give this store zero stars I would. After ordering online and receiving the incorrect item they have not fixed the issue. They have not sent out the correct item or issued a refund. Their customer service has not been helpful, very condescending, and at one point stopped replying to my emails and I only received a response after sending multiple emails several days in a row. Do not recommend ordering from this store online unless you want the wrong size item and terrible customer service.

There is simply nothing better than knowing you can walk into a space and have someone not only help dress you in ‘forever’ items, but that also recognizes your own personal style and encourages you to stay true to yourself, no matter the occasion! This hasn’t happened once, but for years!! Thank you Kara and Catherine!
