Getting very low class here at this Caseys. Neighborhood people hang out inside and out smoking blunts and getting loud. I will not take my kid here anymore. Its getting worse and worse with riff raf.

As a delivery driver coming to this location quite often to fuel my vehicle it has been disappointing to see time and time again pumps not properly working. I understand some of this could be from something that they can’t always help with because of maybe having to replace parts on the pumps or something or certain cards not reading correctly but time and time again I have been having to keep switching pumps because usually the first one I pull up to doesn’t work. I work with about 60 other drivers and they all say the same thing that it is frustrating having to try to find one that works. I would hate for them to lose business over just faulty pumps.

The black employees who were in there on December 22nd came off as rude. Do not greet or want to serve you. Kwik Star down the street is much better. Race shouldn’t matter but that’s who it was. People wouldn’t even go into this place if it wasn’t for picking up their pizzas or an emergency.

Ordered thin and crispy crust, got home and it's original. Call store and guy I talk to say "yea, I just got in so I don't know. It will be an hour got a lot of orders ahead of you. " that is not customer service

Three times I did an order through their app and all three times when I went to pick it up at the pickup time the order wasn't even started even though they found my order clearly in their computer. Also the workers there are ghetto degenerates with attitude problems. I'll never return.

They should close this one down. If they can't hire a decent manager they should probably stop expanding into every market available. Employees don't care. Trash everywhere.

Best convenience store pizza on the planet! And it's better than lots of pizza restaurants I've been to over the years. I don't think there has been one visit to my parents where we did not get it at least once. I know there will be locals that disagree with me, but that is probably because they have it available to them every day, and we all know what familiarity breeds, lol. But it reminds me of growing up here, and is always a treat to enjoy. Ooey-gooey cheesy meaty goodness!

Ordered pizzas from 1604 Broadway location at 6:14pm 7/122. Confirmed via email that it would be ready at 6:34pm. Wife arrived at 6:40pm. The pizza staff reported they didn't have the order. Orde# provided, staff said it wpuld be 30 more minutes. No offer for discount due to their own incompetence

Last time I ordered here for delivery it took 2.5 hours and arrived cold. Thought I would save myself the trouble this time and ordered for pickup. I arrived at the time they said it would be ready. Nope. Order hadn't even been started yet. This will be my last experience ordering anything from this location.
