I typically do not enjoy a trip to the service department. Carousel's staff are as good as it gets, they go above and beyond the call of duty and did an excellent job! Would highly recommend them.

Worked with Brian Melendez, had a great experience, wasn’t the typical pushy car salesman, helped us find the car we wanted, remembered the details of what we liked, and helped us get a great deal, would recommend to a friend and will!

Do not do business with Vw they sell your information to 3rd parties an then don’t honor the terms the third parties offer when it’s life or death. Air bags have killed 24 people and I don’t fit the criteria for my car to get picked up. They want me to drive 90 miles when the letters all offer free transportation. I spent 6 hours on the phone today to be lied to an told my life dosnt matter. This dealership obviously doesn’t care about anyone but their bottom line. I will be handling this with the ftc a contacting my lawyer. There no way possible this can actually be legal. Wish I could go back an never bought the car. Dealing with a vw dealer has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life. An I sold cars at numerous dealers an I never saw them treat anyone how vw has done me. So long story short buying a vw is literally like playing Russian roulette because my car has killed 24 people with exploding metal out of their bags but I don’t fit the criteria for my car to be picked up. They want me to drive it almost 100 miles.

Dont buy new cars there .My step dad got brand new Taos and after 800 miles epc light came on .That was 3 months ago and they still waiting on the part . They told him its safe to drive in town but not to go on interstate . He is going back and forth with them at least once a week . They way they are handling this issue is very unprofessional. They also told him that he is not the only one with the issue and that he needs to be patient . And by the way payments didnt stop :/

I dread buying cars, but honestly, they knocked it out of the park!Sage was an absolute rockstar! We had small kids with us and he got us in and out while making sure every question we had was answered. Normally I don’t leave a dealership thinking “I’d definitely go back” but I this time! We will be customers here for as long as they let us!Ask for Sage when you go, he won’t disappoint (also no one from the dealership ask me to write this review!)Tyler was our finance guy and he was also fantastic! There wasn’t any random chargers, it was simple and fast! He kept us in the loop during the whole process and we weren’t waiting forever.

They looked me straight in the face and sold me a car with a broken battery. Had to get jumped after leaving the lot and turning my car off to get gas. They also told me they would fill it up before I bought it

Took my car there to get some recall work done. It was about a 2 hour wait. Very nice facility! They have a nice waiting area just off of their showroom floor with comfortable chairs and TV to watch to pass the time. Wi-Fi availability, complimentary snacks and drinks. Great experience for me. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Worst service dept. I have ever had to deal with! I waited 2 weeks for my appointment, only to be called the day before and informed that they would not have anyone to work on my car. The next time they can get me in is in 3 weeks!! REALLY?? 3 more weeks?? No explanation given. I asked for the service manager to call me back, but he would not. Evidently no one wants to take ownership. For a dealership that sells the cars they do, I certainly expect more.....a LOT more!! They say that service sells cars. NOT HERE! Their ads claim they are #1 on Hwy. 1. I'd say more like #2!

I contacted the dealership directly as they had an exact car I was looking for. During the process, my salesperson, Ryan, was very friendly and informed me about the car I was interested in. I told him exactly what I had, the mileage, and all the details needed. When asked about the deal, I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to do. We negotiated very briefly and then came to an agreement in principle. I then drove 6.5 hours one WAY to meet them at the dealership in the morning at the agreed-upon time. They looked at my car and agreed that the deal we were discussing and the values were in line. He also informed me about the lemon law and why this care was labeled a lemon in the state of California. It was due to a non-functioning Navigation unit (totally okay with me). I did ask him to email me a copy of that lemon law certificate to my email. We sat in the office for 20 minutes, signed papers, wrote a check, and were on our way. Two days later he checked in on the vehicle, and I informed him that the sunroof wasn't working. We still haven't received the email with the lemon law disclosure they were going to send right away. In regards to the sunroof, haven't heard anything about it, no response, until I got an email to review them. I love the car, and the salesperson was nice and attentive, but the follow-up or lack thereof leaves a sour taste.

This was my first time going there for an oil change and I was so impressed. They explained what their process was, kept me informed, were very polite from start to finish, and they found a free oil change from my warranty that wasn't found at my previous oil change (where I even bought the vehicle). I'll definitely be back!

My experience in working with the experts at Carousel Audi have always been extremely professional and focused on providing outstanding service. Susan Farrell is outstanding! We recently introduced our niece to the Carousel family as a new grad from the U of I. Susan walked her through the entire buying process and helped understanding everything for a first time buyer. Truly outstanding.

I wouldn't recommend this place. My friend has a 800+ credit score and was being berated with questions about her ability to afford a car there, just because she was Black. With an 800+ credit score!?? You've gotta be kidding me. Never buying from here!

So I bought a blue f150 from this place and the engine went out not even 3 days afterwards and they refused to issue refund and I'm vehicle less and they cared not they I had a job or kids or anything. Do not go here. Reporting to bbb as well
