I typically do not enjoy a trip to the service department. Carousel's staff are as good as it gets, they go above and beyond the call of duty and did an excellent job! Would highly recommend them.

Worked with Brian Melendez, had a great experience, wasn’t the typical pushy car salesman, helped us find the car we wanted, remembered the details of what we liked, and helped us get a great deal, would recommend to a friend and will!

Took my car there to get some recall work done. It was about a 2 hour wait. Very nice facility! They have a nice waiting area just off of their showroom floor with comfortable chairs and TV to watch to pass the time. Wi-Fi availability, complimentary snacks and drinks. Great experience for me.
