This is the worst cell phone company I have ever worked with. I bought three phones and plans with iPhone 11s and iPhone SE for spent over $600 then my son's iPhone after 4 months went pitch black for no reason brought it in they checked it out said it wasn't no water damage nothing wrong with it that they could see to call in and claim insurance when called in to claim insurance said would be $175 to replace even though I only originally paid $50 for the phone would not do anything else to help the situation or to give me a replacement phone WORST CO EVER

Daniel was the best. Not only was he friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous he was very patient with this older lady who had loads of questions (which he answered) and couldn't decide which phone she wanted. I like the Iowa City store and its employees. They are dedicated to their patrons.
