Do not buy 2023 Bmw k1600 they having cold start issues. I've provided two videos of my bike having issues to dealership and bmw headquarters. Had many trips to dealership about issues nothing was solved. I recived phone call from BMW headquarters saying that they cant do anything because dealership said nothing is wrong with my bike. I spent 27k on the bike I highly recommend don't make same mistake I did.

On a cross country motocamping trip, I broke down for the second time, the first was a flat tire, this was a throttle sensor problem.not only did this team get me in immediately...of course without an appointment...and they were slammed...but they processed my extended warranty so it could all be covered. from start to finish I was back on the road in 3 hours!amazing customer servicethank you!

I was on a recent 9-day motorcycle trip and had an emergency cast-off tire put on the rear. It was enough to limp into this dealership. They put a new tire on, rear brake pads, and warned me my front tire valve stem had rotted, which they also replaced. With no appointment or call, they took care of me right away and I was able to continue my trip with only a few hours delay. I am very appreciative of the fast service. My trip continued without mishap.

I would strongly warn against anyone considering buying from this establishment on line. Deceitful is not strong enough but that’s as strong as posting rules allow. I Bought a 2013 K1300S from them on line. Being an owner of a 2007 K 1200 GT I’m aware of some of the quirks and failures of the K bikes. Therefore I did my due diligence with the sales staff and was assured it was in tip top mechanical and cosmetic condition and NO, not “as is” condition. We agreed on a purchase price and I arranged for shipment. When I received the bike I started it, put it in gear slowly released the clutch and to my horror heard the clutch shuddering, some call it a judder. Meaning the clutch has issues and, with only 20k miles. Quite sure that was the reason the previous owner traded. I immediately contacted them and was given a complete snow job. When asked what I wanted to do, I said they needed to either take it back and refund me, or pay for the clutch or, at least the materials or split the cost. They refused to consider any of those suggestions , nor offer any resolution. I told them it could not be ridden as there is no way to predict when the clutch would fail. As I’d explained at the time I had already been through this with my 1200GTbut had been reassured by them during pre-purchase discussions that there were no issues. That was a complete lie and they knew selling it long distance would prove problematic as far as any returns. They knowingly dumped there problem at my feet turned around walked away and said Tough Luck, now it’s your problem. The bike? I’ve never put the first mile on it and I don’t have the $4k it would take to fix it. It sits in my garage as a constant reminder of how unscrupulous this dealership is. Save yourself a major headache and stay away from this dealership.

I Purchased my first BMW motor cycle from a third-party and found soon after that it had a rare clutch problem. Sun and Fun Got my bike in the very next day. They not only fixed the original problem but they also detected another problem that I didn’t know about. They helped me work with the BMW rep to find a solution. The technicians are highly competent and well trained. And the service manager is very easy to work with and eager to please. I give service department Top scores!

Took my ATV in because it wasn't running good..... Told them to tune up, adjust the valves since they had been a bit noisy and change the oil. Was told I would get a call with the estimate in a couple days , I ended up trying to call but it would ring and hangup. Sent a message on web site and the owner responded and got things rolling and was told I would hear in a couple more days....Got a text saying it would be another couple days and they would let me know..... Well ha

Great customer service, knowledgable staff and their Bikes are made of quality. Their service department is spot on. If a shop is clean and organized, that tells me they care about what they do and care about your bike too. One mechanic brings his dog to work and it stays in the shop with him. I love the way employees are treated and taken care of. Great environment.
