Called Riggs towing, customer service was super nice and helpful. Service was fast! Allen came was a nice young guy and helped me out! I was stranded at Walmart from Minnesota and a bit frazzled! Got my truck to the mechanic and the price was reasonable!

I had a scheduled pickup today (6-17-24) at 2p. They were early and they were so nice, friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Seriously ten out of ten! Thanks again. Big ten will be my go-to when in need again. I will highly recommend you to anyone! ?

Disgusting horrible company that works with landlords to prey on college students. Forgot to put our tag up one time in the window and they charge us nearly $200 to get a vehicle back that was in our assigned spot that we pay for despite the fact that we provided paperwork proof it was our spot. They can't bother to call and ask the rental company to check plates on a car that is there every single day in their assigned spot. God forbid they be understanding of forgetting one day. It sure as he'll doesn't cost $200 in gas to get from our apartment to the towing company and we sure as hell shouldn't be charged that much because they can't bother to check plates.

I called Big Ten towing in a panic. Daughter had a flat tire and we were an hour away and it’s 9 pm. Cori sent Taran out to help our daughter out. Within an hour her spare is on and back on her way. Huge shout out to you both for your exceptional service. You both are greatly appreciated!!

Wyatt did a great job changing my tire. Very efficient and very friendly. He made sure it was done right with safety in mind. Over the past 12 or more years I have always had great service from Big 10 and would recommend their services to anyone.

Their towing was available when I called on Sunday afternoon. My insurance said they could find NO available towing service they work with. Big Ten came in 30 - 40 minutes to my nearby city. The driver was great! He was so helpful, efficient, and friendly. I believe Big Ten also helped me several years ago. I highly recommend them.

Megan who scheduled towing for our son was a breath of fresh air after waiting for 3 days for his roadside assistance company to locate someone to tow with no luck. One call to Big 10 and Megan was able to secure the tow within a short time. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service in spite of the crazy busy situation with the blizzard. The tow driver was great too! Highly recommend.
1/20/24 update. An issue with the repair by the service department that fixed our son's car caused it to stop running on the way home from the dealership, and too late to get their help. He again contacted his insurance provider's roadside assistance who told him they'd keep looking and this morning they still had no one able to pick up the car. My wife contacted Kris at Big 10, and explained what happened and where the car was stranded. Kris went above and beyond our expectations and within 90 minutes of contacting Big 10, the driver was helping to tow the car back to the dealership!! Big 10 seems more like friends helping than a tow company! Kris was very attentive, listening, and helpful! Ten stars would not be enough for how well they treated us and our situation! 100% recommend them!

Superb service from Big 10 towing today. Kris, Mark and Lemon got my vehicle towed to its destination quickly, which was impressive since we’ve had over 25 inches of snow within the past 10 days. Top notch customer service! Very thankful I called and highly recommend to anyone who’s having car troubles. Thanks Big 10 and staff!

I got in a car accident this morning and Dave helped me out and towed my car. He was excellent! As a college student away from home who was also experiencing her first car accident, I was freaking out and he reassured me about logistics such as insurance. He was so kind and efficient! The ladies in the office (I’m so sorry that I didn’t catch their names) were also so incredibly kind and kept me calm. They even gave me a donut :) HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Big 10 Towing - y’all are THE BEST.

Said they would show up in 20 minutes. Waited an hour and called to find out that they wrote down my phone number wrong and didn't actually come all the way down my road and called the wrong person and left. So now there's 20 people in front of me. Terrible service. 0/10

I spoke with Kris to get our jeep out of the ditch during horrible weather! Very cold temps and lots of snow! They were extremely busy and she took the time to help get us scheduled. She’s great!
Dave knew exactly how to hook up the jeep and made it look so easy! He was very polite and professional! Would not hesitate to call for their services again! Thanks Kris and Dave!!!
