“The leasing process was quick and easy. Every leasing agent I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgable and when they weren't sure they put me in contact with someone who could help! All my questions and emails were answered very promptly, and scheduling tours were very easy and efficient, and if you had to cancel a tour for any reason they were just as helpful with rescheduling as well! Overall my experience was 5 stars, and am so thankful of everyone who helped me get moved in!”

“I am so glad I chose to move to Hawks Ridge. The location is great, 5 minutes from down town, 15 from the mall, with grocery stores and fast food walking distance away. The community here is amazing, and the people are great! It quickly felt like home. The apartment itself is nice, with lots of natural light. There is some wear and tear, but nothing majorly inconvenient. The staff is so welcoming and helpful; responding quickly and with care. The amenities are very convenient and nice, but could use a little updating. Hawks Ridge also feels very safe and you know they care about their residents. It’s no gated community, but having security and cameras helps. Our apartment did not match the model lay out, so communication could definitely be more clear, but it seems as thought they will work with you to resolve issues. I love the events that Hawks Ridge holds as well. They definitely know their target audience, and have activities that are fun and useful. Grocery Bingo and the outdoor movie night allow residents to be involved and make new friends.”

“We lived in the town homes on Bainberry st. We loved the home. It is a great layout. Maintenance was on it, anytime we needed anything.We had to communicate with pace management quite a bit, due to extending our lease 4 months. They worked with us and we found them to be very fair with any issues that arose.Communication via email can be very slow, I found calling them or showing up at the office. Worked a lot better. A lot of times I would send them an email just to have it in writing and then follow up with a phone call.The only odd thing, they will try and show your apartment while you are still living there as your lease is ending. I found this practice extremely intrusive, having strangers tour my house I’m still paying for.HOWEVER, the few times they were going to show it, I was out of town and insisted I be home when people walk our home. They were accommodating and didn’t end up showing our unit. So no one actually toured our unit while we still lived here, but it is a thing they do.Over all I liked living here, and had a good experience.”
