“I lived at Regency Heights II for 8 yrs and I enjoyed the tenants & management, there was nothing that I needed that I wouldn't get for my apartment, bulbs, carpet cleaning etc...I only moved because of health reasons..I would recommend it to anyone, it was like having family around to help you If needed and the parties for birthdays & gatherings for games were outstanding & plenty fun. The place was neat & clean.Erika made my transition from there to my new residence very smooth, she is a very sweet person.Thank you Erika for making my last few months very pleasant.”

Months ago , he fixed my refrigerator after others have tried .
This morning , he fixed the issue I had with my bathtub , it was clogged for days . Water from shower could not flow . He replaced the tub drain linkage assembly . He is very professional and always got the job well done . Am a satisfied customer , Thank you Pace.”
“Honestly, it's just your typical college apartment complex, but I really like the staff and the amenities are well maintained. Also very fast for maintenance requests. My only complaints would be regarding some of the residents, but that's just how college living is sometimes. Overall a nice community with fun events”

“I lived at Hawks Ridge for three years (senior year of college and two years of my masters program). I moved out a year ago. After leaving IC and dealing with other property managers, I felt compelled to go back and give Hawks Ridge a good review.
I lived in a four bedroom unit, and then later moved to a two bedroom one. Building 2 had nice access to different amenities, and building 4 was nice and quiet. Maintenance was great. Every request that I had was fulfilled swiftly, and some were non-trivial. I did notice that the requests were done faster in building 2 than building 4, but all were done in a reasonable manner.
The biggest downside to living at hawks ridge was their shuttle. At least while I was living there, it didn't run late at night at all, so evening classes would often end after the shuttle was done. However, there are some city busses that go right by the area, so that wasn't too big of a deal.”
