DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. Horrible experience. I wanted to check out the "7 day free trial" to see if I liked it. I set up an appointment, and Logan immediately answered and gave me a tour. He said I had to sign up for a membership to get the free trial and went on and on about memberships. I made it known I could not afford most of the options, and he reassured me there were cheaper ones. I agreed to sign up, and we started paperwork, where Logan skimmed through and showed me where to sign and made sure my key fob worked. That was my first mistake - taking his word as to what I was signing. The 2nd mistake was believing I could cancel at any time , as he claimed. About 4 or 5 days later, I start getting nonstop calls from Logan at the company constantly texting and calling, trying to get me to come in for extra things that I told him I did not want. Those calls and texts were ADAMANT. I was so irritated at being harassed by them that I did not want to go into the gym during staffed hours, and I unfortunately never got to even go in at all. Next, they tried to charge my account sooner than it was denied as I hadn't moved the money over. I had no way of knowing this until it was too late, and when I tried to call Logan to cancel my membership, he directed me to email personnel in billing. I did that and received a message back saying my account is in collections now. WHAT THE HELL?!?! This was all within a 2 month period. I am very upset about the whole entire experience and add on now that I'm also being billed $2000 for a gym that I never got to attend AT ALL, and for a membership that I was supposedly able to cancel at any time.

I have no dealings with this place, but I received a call. They asked "Is this Sam" which is not me. I said no. The called went on with "So this isn't 319..." then hung up. The tone was quite accusatory. I called back asking for whomever called me. He explained it was probably his coworker. I explained how the call went, and that it does not give a good image of the company to call a wrong number, put on a tone of voice as if I am lying, then hang up without so much as an apology. Just own up and apologize for calling the wrong number. It is not hard. The guy then goes on patronizingly with "I'm sorry it affected you like that..."To the manager, please tell me you understand the value of anything customer/public facing going the right way, and not acting like this. The lesson here is, you now have one less person in the world that would want to be a customer. Yeah, just one person, but with attitudes like I just encountered it turns into another, and another etc etc.

Not what I thought I was signing up for at all. For someone upfront about living far, just returning to work and a gym after not walking for almost 2 years and needing a major surgery, this was not a good fit, at all, a decent person would be equally upfront knowing all that and how financially limited I am.I could not justify their actual price that was misrepresented to me; half, I was verbally told half the actual amount, I could justify half-still super pricey for someone at my level- but worth it, to me, at that price. They say you pay a monthly fee, but it comes out biweekly- nope, it's a biweekly fee. The equipment should be flawless at those prices, but they're not. There's an annual fee as well. Just, wow.Cannot trust the management(Kobe) at all like you initially feel. Really read that contract before signing because they are telling you something different than what's there and then not providing a copy. Finally got one after the fact. For all those saying, "duh", they talk over and rush through, reassuring the whole time... duped, don't listen to a word, read and tell them to shush. If they make a verbal promise, get it in writing, immediately.I was told I could cancel immediately at any time because I already lived outside the 15 miles- nope, you must relocate and they slap you with another 2 payments after telling you in person you won't have any further payments. They let the 3rd party company tell you about the 30 days of payments.Thankfully I still fit their criteria, I was starting to see their deceit and made extra arrangements. Be prompt with the 3rd party company, they don't give you a realistic idea in person! Have fun coordinating with in person and the financial party, no time for a discussion between the two and neither helps with the other, super inconvenient.If you are alright paying the outrageous price, the trainers(Bobby and Vaughn) are great! That's an extra additional fee(Bobby is very upfront with costs); also great with follow-up and communication, minus the end, I'm guessing he couldn't get on board with lying to me.Just be prepared to be ghosted and misinformed by the people in the front office. Kobe's attitude was to act like he didn't know who I was and like I was insignificant. His trainee to call you a liar(expected, honestly) and not follow up; I wonder if upper management even heard about my complaints.Oh, they also let you get over 2 months behind, no notifications, so be aware you are basically on your own and they are not sympathetic at all about dealing with the 3rd party company, so that run-around will be fun when you inevitably hit a snag and get blindsided.Handed my fob in the day I was told to and not looking back after zero follow up. Never recommending this business. 100% nope.

CONTRACT SCAM!!If you sign up and try to cancel your membership, they will refuse to answer your phone calls and will never be present in the office. I had this gym refuse to help me with canceling my membership despite the fact that I signed my initial contract here. They are practicing fraud and I advise anyone to stay away from this gym.

Highway robbery I’m being charge over 100$ a month and they take bi weekly I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription the last month and can’t get a answer from any establishment, if any one has the correct number for corporate I’d appreciate it . thanks

I travel for work and I've got to say this layout is good, facility is clean, bathrooms/ showers etc... I'd recommend a visit.

The best gym I have ever been to hands down and I use to go to Chuze and planet fitness. Darren helped me quickly replace a keyfob that I misplaced and immediately contacted me back when he was available .This gym has all personal bathrooms and squeaky clean weight equipment they also are open 24 hours! Office hours are different I think its Tuesday-friday 11am-7pm if you aren't sure give them a call and they will tell you what days the office is open if you need any assistance from staff.

Excellent Anytime. Brand new club. Spacious. Functional equipment that suits all workout programs. Clean as a whistle. Im from out of state and forgot my Key fob. I had a great experience at the Shiloh Anytime. Darren, the manager, was extremely helpful and welcoming -- and even offered to come in on his day off if that would work better scheduling-wise for me. He worked closely with me to figure out a plan that would work for my visit to Billings.The facility is nice - super clean and with a good selection of equipment and machines, including all the equipment for deadlifts, presses, etc. I wasn't expecting what I think of as more 'niche' equipment like the ones used for glute-biased hyperextension, so I was excited to find that.I've had an excellent experience here and highly recommend checking it out!

This is gym is perfect for people with different work schedules! I work night so it’s super convenient that it’s 24/7. It’s also so clean and every time I’ve come in with friends or by myself during the day, Darren makes sure to greet and treat me like I’m family. It’s super comfortable for women. It’s super safe and friendly for sure. Would highly recommend to a friend!

This was my first experience at the localAnytime fitness in Billings Montana. First impressions were outstanding! This starts with the amazing staff who are very friendly and really want to help you out. One of the Managers Darrin, exceptionally great guy. Also I can’t remember the others name which was a young women. She even came over since I was out of town and just started chatting it up while I was preparing for my workout.Next this Anytime fitness was way nicer, new equipment and spaced out very well compared to my local gym I go to in WA. Also I noticed how clean this facility was. Honestly five stars doesn’t do it justice.I really appreciate few days of working out.Can’t say enough top notch gym and staff! Until next time I visit family in Billings.

Clean gym, has everything you need. Private showers and bathrooms instead of the open locker room format which is great. The manager, Darren, is awesome. Greets you everytime you walk in, is on top of everything.
