When another shop couldn't determine what was going on with our hybrid, they referred us to Jason. He correctly identified and resolved the issues at a super reasonable price. Very impressed - would recommend to everyone!

Hands down, best customer service I have ever encountered. Our daughter, a college student, living 3 hours away from home ran into some car issues and the team at Accurate Automotive took great care of her and were so easy and accommodating to work with from afar. She will now be able to make it home safely for the holidays.

Very courteous and respectful staff who acknowledged some maintenance issues I had with my car. Dropped off my car at noon and service was done within 3 hours, which included exhaust system repairs. I was also pleased to know that they replace Toyota Prius transmission fluid, as some auto shops and dealers deny that it should ever be changed. Service cost was also reasonably priced.

I visited Accurate Automotive on 7/1/2015 for an auto pre-purchase inspection. They totally deserve a 5-Star rating. The mechanics here were very professional, courteous, and mostly know that . For a very affordable price, they gave a very thorough and detail inspection. The car I was about to purchase from a dealer nearby the turned out to be a potential lemon.

Changed my review to a 1 star. After further inspection this shop didn't do half the work I paid for. I'd never use this shop again. Don't throw away $800 to have belts and timing replaced to find out a year later they were never changed.. dude just sprayed a can of stop squeak on it and sent me off.. They also didn't fix the exhaust they charged me for a new flex piece they never put on.

I was referred to Accurate a few years back on BMW. The service manger fixed my vehicle for under $20.00 a fuse issue. My vehicle had been towed to three different businesses no mechanics/technicians could solve my issue. AA did. Accurate has serviced all my vehicles since 5 stars ⭐️.
