The workers were very rude anytime you called about an update on your order. They did not give you a valid date when your stuff was going to come. There newest worker Tyler got rude and irritable over the phone with me because i kept asking where is MY ORDER I SPENT MY MONEY ON. & Also There boss Nikki is very rude I would not spend money here if I were you guys !

I wish I could rate this place a 0 star. Worst place on earth! They’ll harass you even when you’re up to date on payments. They also sold me a USED mattress for the same price as a new mattress! Biggest con artist around! What a joke

Being with these guys for 5yrs as a loyal customer, when I see negative reviews, i think I’m sure where the blame lies??. If you stay in contact with them, they always work with you. Nickie is amazing and treats me like family and we have a mutual respect. They have awesome customer service and know how to treat people. Thanks for everything you’ve done for me guys.

Amazing! ive never had someone try so hard to help me with a service issue, they seriously care more about me than most of my own family members lol. always know me by name and the names of my children. Most of my friends have accounts there and say the same things as me. No way will i ever buy from anyone else. They even get me things they usually dont carry normally. i feel like a vip customer all the time! thanks mike and crew! I truly hope you never leave that store.

Recently I went in And made a purchase of a living room set. I took a big chance in buying one that was used but the price was grate. It was sitting in the show room so I fiqiured it most for sure be clean sanitize before it was sold right especially with call the COVID 19. I got it delivered this Saturday 10/10/20. I was very excited the truck came in about 3:30. They probably got done by 4 I asked them not to arranged the furniture since I wanted to do it. When they left I went to start to moved things arounds to my surprise when I pulled the cushions off the big couch it was full of dog hair. From one end to the othe then under the cushion was the same. It was desgusting. There was no way this was as cleaned before it was sold. I got on the phone right away there was no answer I called the next day they were close. I had to spend all Sunday cleaning them and sanitizing them myself. I regret my perchase I have a 7 and she was going to be home late Sunday night so this had to be cleaned. On Monday I called to complain and got a manager. All I got was a sorry They well tell there employees to clean the furniture better. And a half off my next payment a 45 dollar value. My thing is why are you saleing someone used without first making sure it is clean. It’s ur responsibility as a manager. I’m allergic to dogs and have asthma. This is in no way acceptable.

Never do business here. They sell disgusting goods that aren't clean. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Why pay 2x as much with financing? Save your money and buy what you need with cash for half the price at any other retailer other than this trash heap.

Got covid and couldn't come in to make a payment NIKKI was and is extremely rude. I invited her into my quarantine to get the iteam since I couldn't make a double payment then. Definitely will be going to rent-a-center only went to Aarons cuz I've heard great things about other locations

I found just because I'm associated with some people they won't rent to anymore, that I can't rent from them. Very disappointed in how they treat PAYING customers. Will never rent with them. Nikki was very rude. And instead of telling people when they close, they just let people assume they are open until 7pm as it says everywhere. Very disappointed.
