Came here for Amazon drop off. Being new to the area and this is the only UPS store. Was a little bit nervous because of the reviews I saw before going. But tbh, the older lady in glasses and younger girl were both chill and nice. Definitely would come back.

Everytime I go in this store the guy is so very rude!!! I even tried to go to a different drop off location because i was dreading coming to this one... and sure enough I had to come to this one. There is was I walk in the door, no smile no greeting customers. I said Hi there I need to ship these back. He just stares at me and says thats not the right label. I said oh, ok thats strange why is a sticky label then that has a UPS bar code and thats what the instructions say to do. He says I dont know , does it look like i work for that company? So very rude. I will not stop at this review... i am over getting treated like garbage.

I get the feeling this place is still in business simply because it's the only option in town without having to drive to Des Moines. Yes, the negative reviews are true. The owner responses here reflect their poor service equally. No wonder the staff acts as it does! If you can avoid this place, I recommend you do.
One thing not mentioned is the accessible parking for those who use mobility aids (handicapped parking). The lines are so faded they cannot be seen so people often park there not realizing they're in a handicapped parking space. We've seen the mail truck there many times. We've mentioned this and are met with eye rolls and "there's nothing we can do about it."

The people that work here are so miserable. Every time I go in they act like they are so inconvenienced to stop their conversations with their co workers and do their job. If you hate your job that much, get a new one that doesn’t include customer service!! ✨

I was pretty disappointed with the experience. The lady seemed that helped me seemed like it was an annoyance that I asked a question about box size, and was pretty rude. Not likely to return.

I've been into this store several times and 9/10 times the staff are very rude and disrespectful. They act as if doing their job is an inconvenience, I've witnessed them treat other customers this way as well. There have been multiple times where I have offered to help other customers because the clerks have basically said they won't help them. It's been my experience that if the transaction consists of anything other than scanning a label and tossing the package into a box from the cash register, they are angry, rude, disrespectful and not willing to do what needs to be done. When I have pushed back on the staff on what could or should be done, I've been argued with or told that they don't have to do that. I've also witnessed this behavior to other customers while waiting in line. I shouldn't have to argue with staff in order for them to do their job. It's come to the point where I DREAD going there but there isn't another option but driving clear into Des Moines. This is nothing new and has been going on for over a year, so I don't imagine management or ownership will do anything. But atleast this might warn others in the community.Edit to add** As you can see for yourself by the "owners" very professional response below. Asking if the label can be manually entered is not quite the same as demanding. Printing another label at the store was not offered to me as a solution during that specific instance. No solution was offered at all actually, and when I pushed back stating manually entering the information WAS an option, I was told that "not every job has to make it work". I might add that there were no other customers in the store at all and no line requiring the process to be "sped up". But, this is only one of MANY instances I have both experienced and witnessed. The "owner" response to this review really speaks for itself supporting this review.

The people who work here have real sour puss attitudes. I understand working is hard, dealing with customers is hard, but if you don't like your job it shows. And the employees show it... Ether corporate needs to treat their employees better, customers need to treat them better, or they need to find new employment. Cuz it is not pleasant being in that store you can feel the tension.
