I dropped off irreplaceable albums over a year ago after my mother died. They indicated they could easily copy. I paid the invoice for the work and over a year later I can not get them to return calls, get my copies or get my original albums. I have left numerous messages. I am posting this publicly in the hopes that perhaps they will take action and return my valuable pictures back to my family.
