“I don't think enough words exist to describe how awesome Michael and Christina are. We came in today (10/30/23) to upgrade all our lines under a promo and add a tablet at about 12;30ish, every thing was going smooth until some eSIMs decided to misbehave for 3 of the phones. What would normally take an hour turned into 4 easily filled with troubleshooting and phone calls. But Michael and Christina did AMAZING getting it all fixed and all devices functioning and still got out in time to enjoy trick or treating with our kids! Thanking these two so much!”
