I’m writing this review as I am disgusted at the incompetence of another institution who stopped my auto pay & then it effected my credit. GICU has called to make sure that my payments were completed when they hadnt received it yet before a late fee or report to the credit union. This is the kind of competence and customer service. I expect and appreciate. FWF.”
