“I just had the worst experience at Casey’s on the NE side of town. I ordered a Veggie pizza on the Casey’s app. I went and picked it up and when I got home realized they made it wrong. It had Jalapeños, pickles, and banana peppers on it. I have ordered the Veggie pizza many times and it clearly shows the vegetables that it comes with on the app. I called and the cook refused to listen to me or acknowledge that she made my order wrong. She just yelled over the top of me and then hung up on me. I had to call back and spoke with another worker who did apologize and stated that yes she did make the order wrong by reading the wrong recipe card. He said they would make me a new pizza with the correct recipe but now I’m scared to eat the new one. It was the worse customer experience I have ever had. Then when I asked the guy what the woman’s name was he refused to tell me because it was “confidential information”. I told him you answer the phone with your name and wear name tags! UPDATE: I did contact the Manager the day after this happened and she was quick to make the situation right. She did offer me a new pizza and I hope the employee with such poor customer service skills will receive proper training on how to respond to issues.”

“Service is awful at any Casey's. Always a long line with one check out person as others sit and watch. Gas receipts at the pumps rarely work and have to go inside and then wait in a huge line because of one check out person just for a receipt. This is why I try not to go to a Casey's. Take note on how Kwik Star does business. Tons better.”
