Just got back to town stopped at the first gas station we seen open, which was Casey’s food has been in warmer expired ate something didn’t get discount didn’t get free like other places do behind counter was not friendly at all about it. It’s not like me and my son tried to go to the gas station to get free food but when it’s two hours past, we expect to save some money and not have to spend full amount, very unhappy Customer service

Tried to order through automated phone and it was very difficult and wouldn't work properly. Had to call back and talk to actual person who was able to help me! Workers are better then machines!

Put in an order at 5pm wanting our pizzas to be ready at 8pm. Went in at 8 with none of it done. 8:30pm right now and still waiting!!!! No apologies, no comp, no nothing. Horrible service!!! Would give 0 stars if we could!

Damon (I think that was his name) is an amazing asset to the store! He goes above and beyond to make sure the store is looking at its best and he is always a pleasure to talk to while checking out! Keep up the great work!

Food was good. Always something going on in there it seems, often clutter in isles. I tripped on a wet floor sign laying down flat in the middle of the isle. I partially stepped on it, lost balance but due to cat-like reflexes I was able to remain standing. Thank goodness. Staff does seem friendly. It seems they do try.

The worse management ever. I had the manager get snippy with me and come at me with lots of attitude cause her new employee needed help. Then the way she treats her employees is down right disrespect not someone I would want to represent my company ever. I would rather take my business somewhere else that store is not well ran. Then watch her come out the off take a donut out and just start eating it just not a great manager at all

I purchased two propane refills on August 4th. The store had no propane. It is August 11th I am still waiting for a refund. Not a phone call from the store to let me know what's going on. No response from customer service every option you click just hangs up on you. No option to speak to a real person. I feel like I will never get the $50 that is owed to me. If they would just refill their propane I would gladly take two exchanges. This system seems pretty broken. Several people work at this gas station you think someone would order more propane or know how to do a refund. Just recently I was in there and went to get a piece of pizza the pizza was 4 hours past expiration. Not only is that gross but it is just lazy. The guy working in the kitchen that night literally said he doesn't know when it was made because he didn't make it. If you come into work and the pizza is old you should probably just make a new pizza. I have worked at Casey's it is not a difficult job. You definitely know when the pizza is old it is obvious. Especially when you flip it over and see that the time says 6:00 to 7:00 and it is 11:00 p.m. I am beyond frustrated that I can't reach customer service or just simply get a refund for the products that they did not have in their store. I own a business and I absolutely would refund people if I did not have the item. I wouldn't wait 10 days and not respond to anything.

This Casey's has gone down hill fast. Used to go every morning and sometime lunch, now we stop once every few months. Customer service is terrible, place is always dirty, and pizza is never cooked good anymore. Very sad for our town. I went in Saturday the 16th and two of the employees were arguing very loudly with choice words in the kitchen. Not appropriate

Ordered pizza online, it said 71 minutes. So, I call to verify and the nice young man told me they were busy and the ETA was correct. I send my hubby and my order wasn't STARTED YET. No phone call to tell me, just going on 2 hours since I ordered. Really??

Stop here once a year around Memorial Day weekend with family. Never has there been a problem but today the customer service was absolutely terrible! Lady with short brown hair, older, I believe she was a manager but I’m not sure is extremely rude! I kindly let her know the toilet in the lady’s restroom is broken. She told me she knows and to take the lid off the toilet and pull the string. I said I’m sorry I’m not going that it’s dirty in there as is and that’s unsanitary. She reply’s back to me and tells me well don’t come use it then. The whole time she’s also on the phone being rude to someone else too who is trying to make a pizza order!
