Avoid sending or receiving anything from this post office if possible. Mail carriers comb through their mail to see what they can do to avoid work. I didn't receive a package because they claimed my dog was outside interfering with delivery. She was inside next to me sleeping the whole time. This occurred with the carrier never even driving by. If they did they would have also grabbed my outgoing mail. They love avoiding work and tampering with the mail!

I have had nothing but excellent customer service from this post office. The lady that works there regularly is the most helpful & sweetest ever. Any needs that I have needed has been met. I absolutely love it there and am confident of my mail going through their hands safely. Great job

Today I found out that two letters I sent, with small items in each, were delivered ripped open with the contents missing. I feel totally violated by the United States Postal Service and can’t believe this happened to two different letters I sent. The letters were oversized, yes, but I went directly to the post office to get them stamped to be sent as packages and not as regular mail, paying extra postage. In one I sent a moonstone from Uruguay that I wore during my trip through Antarctica . . . I feel so betrayed! And imagine receiving a ripped open letter describing something your friend sent you, but it’s missing. THIS HAPPENED TWICE TODAY! The other package was ripped open and taped shut. That means that someone intentionally either stole what was in it - or - knew something came out and only taped it up without even picking up what was lost. I hate to think that someone along the line stole what I was mailing, but how can I know??? I’m so upset and frustrated that I put my trust in someone/some system that is supposed to come through and deliver just to be ripped off and stolen from. I don’t even know what to do. I was told to file a claim so I’m trying to do that, but we all know what that means . . . they’re gone. Unbelievable

Website is not user friendly. Called and recording told me to go to website to have my mail held but couldn't find where to do that.

Have lost multiple packages and letters of mine, do not seem to care. Workers do not know correct prices on own shipping options.
