Tonight we pulled in to this location because my exhaust fell and thanks to the awesome employee Joshua he was able to help us with our problem with some exhaust zip ties to get us back on the road home to Ames. A big huge thank you Joshua your the greatest life savor.

I am a traveler, long distance backpacker and been on an epic journey since August 17, and made it here to this "Kum'n go" and the general manager Toni was ruder then anything towards me for having a sign that says 35 north Minneapolis. We were not asking anyone for anything, and we bought items in the store and are sitting off away from the establishment not bothering no one. Toni comes out and says we can not "pander" and if he looked up the word it would mean to gratify or indulge do he doesn't even know what he is talking about. And I have stoped at many of these gas stations in Iowa and this is the first time someone that works here has harassed me for buyibg in there store and testing before we make the 14 mile hike to the next gas station. If you can make it to he next fas station don't stop Jere.

Easy to get in and out of and a big truck and trailer.
Not much room for parking or sleeping just a heads up
Locked out and caught the pizza getting put in the case as it just came out the oven pretty damn good for some gas station pizza
The men’s room was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like an outhouse and was in dire need of some attention.

Just bought a chorizo and egg burrito the meat wasn’t any good smelled and tasted off. Tighten up nasties.

Want to give them a better rating, the staff is great, but everytime I stop the gas pumps have some issue. Whether diesel pumps wont read my card or they pump slow or pump software isnt working, who knows. Its a great gas station, if you arent trying to get gas...

I don't know who makes the decision to not put prices on convenience store items and frankly I don't care who makes this call.It's a terrible decision.On the snacks I was checking out there were no prices on the packaging and nothing on the shelves. Literally impossible to tell how much it would cost.I asked the checkout person about this and was told bring them to the counter for a price scan.What if I am looking at 10 items and want to mix-and-match for the money I have?Impossible.If there is a line of customers how would they appreciate if I come to the checkout counter and have 10 to 20 items not to buy, but to get a price on each one?Will the employee write all the prices down on a piece of paper so I can compare, mix-and-match, or not go over the amount of money I have?This is just a way to squeeze more money from customers on the basis so many people use plastic cards.It's soooooo corporate greedy and disrespectful to customers I will never go back to a Kum&Go again.Don't be surprised if their petroleum pumps soon just say "GUESS!" as the price. Or "Good luck" or "How much money do you have?Kum&Go Blows, so GO TO ANOTHER VENDOR.

Big truck diesel pumps are always an issue. Every time I’m in there manager Tony is a complete jerk to anybody in there who has an issue or a question. Acts like it’s bothering him to help.

This is one of the nicest gas station for truck driver, staff is very polite and friendly.This place has 6 truck parking spots but if you are good in making spots around 10-15 trucks can park here. Right now at 8 PM 4 Spots are available as well.They have clean washrooms, a restaurant and their food burrito and pizza was delicious.I will definitely come back here whenever i will pass from here.Thanks for making this place clean and awesome.

We're got hit with a fraud charge of $125.00 from this store on our debit card. An even dollar amount. Who spends that much at a gas station? And what, there's no tax? We live in Ohio. Now we're are fighting with the bank. I've never been to Iowa..... Nice.
