I paid for the ultimate and it didn’t get the bird poop off my windshield or dirt off the doors. It was very disappointing.

They really need to adjust the count down clock for the dryer because the light always hits it & is impossible to read! But the wash seems to have been improved cause it now cleans all areas of my Equinox.

This place needs to be torn down and replaced. It is a safety hazard and rarely works correctly. If someone built a nice car wash in town, they would make a lot more money than this one considering everyone knows this one is awful.

Honestly I try to support local business but trust me, just stop in Ankeny on your way home from work, and get a car wash. This car wash didn't even come close to getting all the dirt and grime of my car. It left soap all over my mirrors, and bumper. I spent $10 on there best wash, it wasn't worth the stop.

Honestly I try to support local business but trust me, just stop in Ankeny on your way home from work, and get a car wash. This car wash didn't even come close to getting all the dirt and grime of my car. It left soap all over my mirrors, and bumper. I spent $10 on there best wash, it wasn't worth the stop.

I went on a lunch break and paid for the 3rd tier wash, $9. I put a $10 bill in, and it prompted me to enter the wash before even selecting a wash. I pushed the button for the $9 wash, and no change was dispensed. Something made a grinding sound when I pushed the change button. Even if it automatically selected the top tier wash, there was no wax cycle, so what happened to the rest of my wash. I usually wash at a place in West Des Moines, and the basic wash takes longer (and actually cleans my car). As I was driving away, I noticed my windshield still has a residue on it from snow melt road splatter. Didn't clean my car and stole my money!

Have called number displayed three times and still no response to his car wash taking my money and no wash included. No customer service. I’ll be going to Ames or Ankeny !!

Put money into the manual car wash and nothing happened. Minutes later after playing with the dial, it finally began to work. My truck was only partially washed due to this and only having $6.50 in change. No phone number or contact information, so I'm just out of luck I guess. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Avoid the headache and just go to Ames. Every time I come here something goes wrong. The lights are out in the bays at night a lot. The soap is never enough. The water is luke warm at best. The bays are filthy. The machines break or eat money often. I've gotten free car wash coupons a few time and the machine messes up or does a poor job. I'd suggest that the owner remodel the place with reliable equipment, decent lights, and add card readers. But, they probably won't. Just do yourself a favor and drive to Ames for a self service pressure wash. The gas price will be less than the headaches here. They used to post their phone # on the door, but I am guessing that they got sick of calls about problems and complaints. (One week after leaving a note about machines eating money, still no owner response.)
