I love the convenience, but this week I have paid for 2 high priced meats.
First Dried beef and it is hard to eat, it a bad cut, fatty and tuff.
The second one is $24.99 a pound beef tenderloin, and again I couldn't eat it because it was not a good cut of meat,
I buy this cut a lot and this is the worst cut I have ever paid for. I ended up giving it to my dog!!
I expect better quality of meat, I'm willing to pay a price as you see above, butI do expect it to be edible!!!!

Very disappointed in the service today. At noon the 2 day specials were still ringing up at the original price and 2 clerks were trying to help me when manager Dave went bye. He blew them off and hurried out the door. I feel a good manager would have called for backup and explained why he could not check into the problem.

Love the paper bags, bagging service and the carry out, reminds me of what a grocery store should be. Not a fan of the high prices, Fareway brands are the normal brand name prices at other store, but don't taste as good. The fruit and veggies are higher prices than elsewhere, and you have to be careful, because fruit like grapes typically sold priced by the bag at Aldi are priced per pound for the same amount so if you are not watching you can spend ALOT more than you expected. The meat counter is pretty good except sometimes you will get old oxidized meat inside the hamburger, like they are mixing old with new. The prices sometimes are really good, other times outrageous. The local dollar general will keep some of their prices in check, but eggs and milk are super expensive, compared to other stores. I guess the price of having service like we used to have normally is jacking up the prices. Overall I like having a store in Huxley, so thanks Fareway!

Not a fan of only having the option for paper bags. They are a pain to carry and deal with. Otherwise this is a great store with everything you would need.

I went here to get a pregnancy test as a 25 year old and it said fat. At first i thought i was crazy but then i looked at myself and realized i was really fat and needed a diaper change, This made me realize how much of a fat man i am, thanks to fareway i lost 290 pounds.♥️
